It's the modernized home it's awesome. But I don't know y, when people have money y can't they build exactly the old type guthu house. I miss those type of houses badly. Even our old house got demolished and they built modernized house. Hope in future I vl earn enough money to build that kind of house.
When I go through mulki route from Mangalore there's this kind of old guthu house . It so heartwarming to watch it.
Old style houses construction are not feasible these days.....this house is actually perfect...they have included that old guthu house interiors and exteriors though the base structure is modern

As if it shows pin point heritage of tuluva guttu mane.. But this is pure concrete modern. So while spending crores for guttumaen, better considering tuluva heritage. Its opinion not criticism.
