What a bouncy, happy melody! Love the uke ... and the rainy-day delivery of "hope" with three pretty ladies in pretty outfits enjoying life despite rain. The cinematography (videography?) is also really good -- the classy shots and captured joy of friendship ... kudos to everyone who "delivered" on this song.

Love this. Using it as inspiration for my English class this year
I love it!! This song was one I loved from the first when it was newly released and have played on repeat. In fact, don't laugh, but I use it as part of my routine when I am rebounding on my trampoline! "One Good Word", makes me happy!!! I loved watching it sung on the video, it was soooo good!

That is really an inside joke from a couple in ministry years ago. The joke was that the wife had so many un-kept promises that her life has been one 'hope deferred daily'. Susan may have had some hopes dashed (her favorite sports teams seem to let her down often), but she get looks for a good word!🤗
