Hey. Do you have a video showing the disassembly? Mine is randomly flashing the warning light which is supposed to mean the infuser is missing (which it isnt) so i assume theres an end switch sensor going bad somewhere
I bought a secondhand ECAM 22.110.B, and after cleaning the grinder, it seems that everything goes fine except that the grinding time is always too short. Do you know a solution for this? Thanks. Also, it is possible that you could check if the grinder adjustment mechanism (plastic gears), has attached in some place a tiny spring of about 1mm diameter and 1cm length and 2 small ball bearings? When I was cleaning it the spring just jumped and lost it, but I don't know where it belongs, just to buy another one.
Between the plastic gear ⚙️ mechanism 2small balls and 1 spring are missing . This is your question right? If you’re missing that small balls and spring you can’t fined anywhere. I advise you try contact nearest service centre. Maybe they have any old grinder parts they can fix it . If not found that things try to change whole the grinder set . From the manufacturer not provide that assembly parts. You have buy whole set
@@coffeeexperts The fact is that it grinds coffee, but the grinding time is too short, about 3 seconds even when the front dial is at maximum. I can do a procedure to reset it but works only for the first time grinding for about 7 seconds, but then returns to 3 again.
@@davidlucena10 Hi David. I have the exact same problem with mine.. I can't find a solution anywhere. Could you maybe give me the procedure you use to reset it? Thanks. Right now I'm just grinding coffee with a separate grinder, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of this machine.

A friend had one of these go bad. He arrived home, grinder was running full time. Het switched it off, and after that the machine was complaining "no water". Turns out that probably the computer crashed and turned on the grinder and boiler. So thermal fuses of the boiler were blown, but also the plastic actuating the water tank microswitch was deformed - I presume from the heat of the grinder.
Its in different positions. Turn the machine off and wait for it to do its thing once its off u csn remove it by pressing the red buttons. Then you unscrew it.
We have been through the descale process 20x and the light is still on. What do you recommend we do? Is there a sensor we can defeat to confirm that unit works?
hello i work with appliance repairs i have an equal machine that brought me all disassembled and disconnected and needed the schema or photo of the connections the electronics can you help ? thanks !
Hi! I have same machine but, it doesn’t respond to commands, if is plugged in, is playing alone: switching on and off, water comes out and in the end I cannot make any coffee as buttons are not responding to orders. What that might be? Thank you!
@@jorjiulian3920 no, i put the entire machine in the bin, as the spare parts were expensive and no worth the money. I gave up coffee after that…good luck repairing it…but delonghi is the worst coffee machine. internet is full of them broken….not sure if is worth repairing it
Thank you so much for posting this. I been having issues with mine and now its not working at all. Youre a life saver. At the moment im trying to fix the infuser by lubricanting it and cleaning it. When i turn my machine on it says insert infuser. It works normal but just before i get the menu option to make coffee it says insert infuser all the time. Will lubricating fix it? Or is it a bigger problem?
Try to check coffee grains size, if it’s more finesse espresso will dispense too slow like you said drips or chances to blocking brewer or mechanical valve assembly
Good video well explained.

The warning red light keeps on or blinking means it’s error for descaling, try to find exactly what’s happened in your machine

How do you remove the infuser glide on right hand side when you open hatch, mine had snapped off.

I think you’re not following the proper descaling procedure or water container sensor not working properly

Where is the ground container microswitch location ?

@@coffeeexperts Thanks, it's fine at the moment, but now it doesn't stop pumping a lot of water when it's turned on when rinsing
