13:17 Jugram indeed considered Bazz B a friend till the very end. Proof of that is the hilt on Jugram's sword. It contains the badge Bazz B threw at Jugram when they first met in the forest. Initially, when Jugram picked up the sword in the castle it didn't have that, which means he made the badge part of the sword at a later date.

They cut out a line from the manga with jugo where he says he’s glad his uncle died, he didn’t care bout revenge and when yhwach told him he needs him by his side you can see jugos eyes light up that’s why he is so loyal to ywach he gave him a purpose and saw his worth before then everyone kept telling him he was garbage including his uncle and feeding his negative mindset
