Rengar clearly needs a buff his passive is so bad in pc his passive holds longer and he can also keep it on plants or wards and his q gives movement speed and e true sight which is noz the case in wr he need this changes to be he the apex predator which he is supposed to be
Rengar Rework coming soon. I maybe bad at Macro but I'm very good at Rengars Micro build, Runes, mechanic,etc Yea Rengar is a hard counter for Evelynn. If you used a different build I'm sure you would remove Evelynn in one skill. Serpent Fang is considered S tier item for Rengar by many Rengar mains
