- Got out on my own last week and had a great lazy day catching rainbow trout and even managed a brown trout while jigging on panoptix livescope plus. Hopefully you enjoy the footage below are some of my other videos.

Sick video Brian! Was out on Crystal catching bows the other day used some of your tips and it worked! Been skunked out there prior but set traps in 30-40ft bout 3-4 ft under ice and flags were flying!
it is a great lake early season for sure, so much bait. If people keep up the catch and release, we could see some serious fish coming out of there.

They work amazing. Sebago bait and Kittery Trading Post have them most seasons
That's great stuff. Starting to think you have more gear "investments" in ice fishing than your salt gear. Those rainbows remind me of way way back in the day taking trips with my grandfather to the Allagash region where he was from. A little melted butter in a cast iron skillet over an open fire and some cornmeal rolled rainbows. Delicious!
That's the beauty and justification of the livescope, I can mount it on my boat
What depth were you catching those bows on your traps?
One of the traps and thw 1 jigging where right under the ice. The other two had 6ft leaders but there wasn't much for weight on the line so the bait could have been up under the ice as well.
