Ab Gonsalez if you're asking about the Zone Teleport, it comes free on your first use. Make sure your base is not higher than Level 6 otherwise, you won't be allowed to transfer.

I’m level 5 every time I try to teleport to another state for free it ask for 2k diamonds?
It is usually free. If it asked you to pay diamonds, you may have used your free TP.
It did for me as i am base 6 but then its not aloowing me to move...keeps saying you cant move to this state but it took my 2k diamonds🤷♀️
