Nope! longer routes are better & especially if the pay is crap. I’m a truck driver and we have a 14hr rule, drive 11 & 3 on duty. Go over that then we violate HOS & we don’t have to drive in bad weather conditions if we don’t feel safe doing so
Here is a challenge from 36 professional drivers they hired only 6,reason not what no practice, pre trip inspection it is circus joke you must said in the second 3 words otherwise can't pass per 30 minut time frame .
They are just gonna make em work double the amount

No, long as you productive you can manage your time with Walmart.
They should pay for the cdl training how bout that
with most companies are required 1 year safe driving, Walmart requires 2.5 years with multiples stages of interviews and testing.
It's about time they get better pay! So much under paid salarys in North America. This is a good step forward.
