Green day is an amazing live band. They have so many huge hits like American idiot or Good riddance (Time of your life). And we’re inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame in 2015.
Amazing live band i agree, i went to see them for the first time in london, hella mega tour. weezer and fall out boy played before them, i thought they were loud. Then green day come out and intro with american idiot. That drop is the best thing ive ever experienced

Check out Holiday Live in Tokyo! It’s killer. On the album Holiday and this song are technically one song, they lead into each other. Jesus of Suburbia is great too, as someone else said, and it’s probably their best song. I personally consider it a “perfect” song.

Their singer just turned 50 this year, I saw them last year in San Francisco and they’re still a high energy top tier bad, they literally don’t age
My favourite Billy Joe moment is still when he dropkicked a fan from off the stage for starting a fight at his gig 😂😂😂👍
