Social Justice League (SJL) celebrates Black History Month
February marks the celebration of Black History Month, a time to recognize the achievements and contributions of Black individuals throughout history. Each week, SJL will post a brief video highlighting one historical figure who made a significant contribution to our society. We will also share ideas for incorporating the videos into your course. It is our hope that you will see how these were ordinary individuals who became trailblazers because of their ideas. We all have the capacity to make a difference in our community, in our society and in the world.
