Amber (the orange haired girl) is Amethyst's biological mother
Amethyst (the red haired girl) is the daughter of 2 girls (Cotton and Amber)
Cotton (the pink haired girl) is Amber's girlfriend, but isn't biologically related to Amethyst
Amethyst has no known father as Amber got pregnant from a sp3rm donor. That's why Cotton isn't related to Amethyst. Amber and Cotton are Lesbian parents by the way!!
