I'm a Senior Citizen who used to travel the world but who has to stay in my apartment in a senior apartment complex due to impaired immunity. I just want to thank you for your channel. It is instructive and entertaining. The two of you are so positive and hilarious at the same time, especially when the hardware gods throw you a curve. I so look forward to "tuning in" to your channel every week. Thank you for letting me travel the United States and the world through your adventures!
🥰 This is 100% what keeps us going, Stephen! We are so thankful and happy that we get to transport you into all sorts of goofy situations and fun locations. It's been an absolute blast and we're beyond excited for another year of adventuring together! 😊 Thank you so much for all your support and encouragement!
It is so refreshing to see younger generation with such passion. I am 78 now and started customizing cars and vans at age 15. I currently have an 86 Lindy that is in process and is very similar to your RV. Never give up what you are doing and you pal had better hang on to her. From an old Marine, Semper Fi.
Decor Idea: When I was younger, I used to travel in an RV often. The items that I would get along the way are still items that I have today that I now treasure. They remind me of places and certain events. My decor advice is to find items that are from places along the way. A marble from a shop in Ohio, a vase from a outdoor festival in Indiana, a seashell from one coast and a rock from the other, post cards as art.... You get the idea. In 20 years, these items will bring back memories and remind you to look up the video or photos of that time.
6 months ago, I started with a vanbuild and the thing that surprised me the most (after watching youtube build videos for ages!) is that projects can seem 99% done in a day, and then it somehow takes you another week to finish it. This is the only channel that shows this frustrating part on youtube and also somehow makes it into an interesting video. I feel heard🙂
The seats guys are F’n Official. I would leave dashboard like it is for a reminder of all the work put into the rv. If anything just one or two updates
Wow wow wow those cabinets are chefs kids! A lot of the little details are growing pains or Reno, most people won’t see them. I think I like the cubbies without handles, I agree you’ll likely catch on them or bump them a bunch. Amazing job!
Eric was king with the punch lines in this video! 😂 I love all of the finishing touches you guys have added, from the bathroom door to the bedside cubbies but most of all the captain's chairs! I was a little disappointed to see the teal ones go, I liked the pop of color they added but these new chairs look so comfy and luxurious and the Endless Adventure logo on the headrests just really puts the cherry on top of Clementine as a whole! You guys should be so proud of yourselves! Really, great work guys! ✌🏽😘✨
Menards...I love it. I'm originally from the Midwest and now live in the south where Menards is not. I miss Menards. A tip for drilling holes to a certain depth is to tape the drill bit so it stops at whatever depth you want the hole. Also some quarter round glued over those wood screws would look nice and be really easy.
You missed an opportunity to make those small open ends into secret compartments w magnetic locks so no one knows where you keep your small valuable. Of course you can still do it but not tell us so you won't give away your secret hiding places. Looking forward to your new adventures
Tighten the wood screws enough so they sink into the wood a bit then cover the screw heads with wood putty and smooth it off. After it dries you can sand and stain it so it blends in and, at most, they will look like a couple of wood plugs, but you can take a darker color stain or black paint and draw woodgrain lines through it to match the side panels and help disguise it.
All that iron screw black hole vacuum, maybe a descent of wood carving came down on the world, maybe ancestor sent to take it easy...during deep winter. I like the side cupboards finish. Things like that u soak in over its life, adds more than realize. For dashboard, would look into solar panels for interior.
I just love how your videos are so personal for the fans - especially Clementine's fans. Like, if you're not a fan or you haven't watched the RV Renovation series, you wouldn't understand a thing they're doing.
Wow the doors are so cool!!! Clementine looks so vintage and buttoned up. think I like the little cubbies without handles! Especially for your pillow/head space.
That door looks amazing and your skills are so impressive. I'm sure you're proud of yourselves for learning so much and having something so well done to show for it!
Thank you!! We were definitely the most proud of these last few projects. We still feel like woodworking imposters, but we're so much more confident now. It feels pretty dang good being able to bring fun ideas to life 🥰
Thank you for all of these RV renovation videos, I've been renovating a Victorian cottage in England in parallel to these and they've been a great source of support that I'm not the only one taking on a crazy ambitious project in the pandemic! :)
Oh my! That sounds absolutely amazing AND incredibly daunting. But we sure do love hearing that there are other crazies out there like us. 🤣 Hope your cottage is coming together nicely 🙌
When I’m feeling down, which happens often lately, it makes me so happy to see (especially a creative project) video from you guys. Thank you for sharing ❤️☀️
@@stephaniewoods2374hang in there, hope you're alright :) it's a weird enough time for everyone as it is, let alone anything else - but these two are like a break of (endearingly goofy and productive) sunshine
I feel the exact same. These past two years have been tough. I've been watching this RV project from the start and it really feels like everyone in the community are friends.
Keir, thank you for such a kind message. We hate that everyone is going through such a collective trauma on top of whatever personal things they're dealing with. It's hard and it sucks and we're sorry to hear that you're feeling down more often. Hopefully 2022 will bring some much needed calm to everyone. Regardless, we'll definitely be here every week to keep giving y'all a little bit of light-heartedness and goofs 🥰
@@Theendlessadventure thanks :) I think it very cool that you take the time to read and reply! And I also think it’s cool how you guys have adapted your channel given the pandemic, great thinking and in a way (in my view at least) made it even more fun/engaging than it already was.
Router tip: if smoke comes up from the cut, you're moving a bit too slow (the friction is no longer cutting, but burning instead). It's not a huge issue, particularly since the inside of the cut will be hidden, but file it away for future router use.
That and, perhaps not cut the whole thickness in one pass. There will be a stop guide with steps, you could've stepped down and taken less 'chunks' until you've cut right through....
First of all, so excited for y'all! Second, when you say you're hitting the road indefinitely, what exactly do you mean? Do you own a house still, or were you renting? Is Clementine going to be your full-time home now?
If no one else has said it you need to get ‘GSD’ on the t-shirts!. That one needs to get into the vernacular!. Great result on the vehicle - hope you get the fun out of her that your effort deserves.
Way to go guys! Must be so satisfying to have finally finished such a big project. I must say you've done a really good job! We look forward to seeing your on-road RV adventures... we're all about that RV life. Cheers from our working-holiday ski resort in British Columbia, Canada.
the camper looks exceptional! we are finishing some last-minute touches to our Vandit (the campervan) ourselves and cant wait to get on the road! I bet you are coming at the bit to get going! we love your content and hope to see you in Europe sometime soon! Love Tammy & Tim and the kitties!

She’s a real beaut! The chairs are amazing! And all your little details will be an assortment of memories for you to cherish and probably eye roll about. Safe Travels Adventurers!
Great to see it all come together! I do have a comment about the cubbies at the ends of your bed. Have you considered just putting a groove in the door to just pull it open instead of the bulky (but cute) knobs you put it? I can honestly see one of you knockin' your noggin' on those at some point! Keep 'em coming!
Hey great job - quick note to not drill right through measure up your drill bit to the required depth and then put some electrical tape on the bit to mark your required depth.
I honestly love your honest issues and mis-calculations! Every time we plan on a "one day project" we forget to factor in the multiple trips back to the hardware/home improvement store. 😂 Good job y'all!! Loving the RV. Happy Travels!
Every. Dang. Time. I don't think there was a single darn project during this whole renovation that we actually estimated the right amount of time for. Sigh. But eventually you get it done...usually after your 100th trip to the hardware store 😅
Great job, Guys!!! It's been so fun following your journey, thru good and..um.. not so good? Put a small copper brad in the "oops" drill hole on the cabinet door.😁😁😁❤

Have fun on your up coming trip, hopefully it is somewhere warmer than where you at, or go somewhere like a ski slope, hot chocolate after snow sledding and a dinner at the lodge.
Oooooooh there is nothing like hot chocolate after a day of skiing or sledding! ⛷ ☕️
To avoid drilling completely through a piece of wood. Simply wrap a piece of masking or duct tape at the desired depth around the drill bit as a guide.
Exactly, but double check every so often because the tape tends to slip if you bump into it enough
I love logic on the sets
The snow was so beautiful and Clementine looks gorgeous! Happy 2022!

Accident drill holes in your wood? Sawdust mix with wood glue = wood putty, as if that hole never happened.
