No special skills required, ha ha... we planned it in advance but left it as a bit of a surprise. The original itinerary included Santa Barbara and Monterey, but they dropped those in favor of Los Angeles and Catalina for some reason. We still enjoyed puttering around those ports!! :D
It is a little bit creepy that those stars have no privacy. I hope it is mostly just a public house they use to guide fans to while living under the radar somewhere else

At the end of the tour "tips are appreciated ... 10-15$ per person" I mean what the heck... kind of defeats the idea of tips as a gratuity when you tell people how much to pay. I'm all for tipping ...though at the full discretion of the tipper, not the tippee.
How did this trip come about? Did you decide during the 14 day cruise, "let's keep going!"? Dee seemed to have weather appropriate attire so thats good!

Toured the stars gates back in 2020, before our Hawaii Carnival Cruise. TCL Chinese theater, Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica Pier. Finished up at the oldest house in LA across the road from the Amtrak Station which the next day delivered us to Downtown San Diego only a block from the Carnival Miracle cruise ship.
Hi guys! I really enjoyed this vlog as I used to live in California and my friends and I used to drive to Hollywood and hang out for the day! That Chinese theater is Grauman’s. 😜
Looking at the outsides of homes has never done it for me, but maybe because I am a local. There are a lot of cool places here, if I had known you were going to be touring here. Like El Capitan theater across from from the Chinese. Next time rent a car and see the real L.A.
We’ve been given a proper tour of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Solvang, and all over the place by our friend who lives there. We didn’t vlog that particular adventure, ha ha… so we figured we’d try the quick ship tour experience this time around for a vlog!! :P
Question: How do you decide to stay? Book another cruise while on one etc? Can you give us noobs a video of how something like that works?

Happy thanksgiving to you both. Thank you for cheering my day up and for letting me glimpse at parts of the world I wouldn*t otherwise get to see.💖
That was a great tour, thanks for sharing!!
this has got me excited for my cruise on Brilliance of the Seas on Friday (Australian time)
Missed you guys great video
Hahaha! That was a way better tour!
Guys it was a nice change of pace videos instead of whales !

Did you book the extended cruise while on board???

Used to be called Grauman’s Chinese theatre. Don’t know what happened to Grauman.
Not sure either! Apparently it’s the TCL Chinese Theater now. Huh!!
I thought that was still the name!
They sold it.
Did you see Muhammad Ali's star? It's not on the ground but on a wall.
Oooh, we didn't! That's cool!! :D

Yeeeeeah, that was slightly off-putting, ha ha.
@@parodeejay 😁
My brother lives less than a mile from the Chinese Theater. We have walked down Hollywood Blvd. there a few times

Grew up in SoCal - was always so fun to take family/friends on sightseeing tours. Thanks for taking me back!
You are absolutely stars in our community! Although, 😮😮I don't propose you put your home in a tour map😂!!! Cruise paparazzi will definitely show up😊
Actually ET is in my neighborhood. About 10 miles north from where you were
Nice video, it brought back memories, we did that tour for the 1st time in 1970.
Fun day in LA❤
