Great video with thankfully no talking or music. Really captures the atmosphere of Greece in the morning. Thank you.

Ambience Speakers - where are you from? Are you Greek? My mother is from Finikounda. My aunt, her sister, recently passed. I have been there many times. Thank you for the nice video of Finikounda.

Often wonder if Yanni's is still going down there .
Spent far too many hours in there holidaying with Neilson from 2002 to 2009.
    Fantastic place though.

Must be really boring spending more than an afternoon here if you are under 80, can't imagine how this looks good to some people. There are waaay more beautiful villages in Greece, with traditional houses and narrow streets with local colour. This is just something built these past few years to accommodate tourists

      Don't go. I insist

FYI Finikounta was mentioned in the second century BC by the Phoenician’s
The present town was inhabited in 1840’s by emigres from Crete.
So not quite as new or boring as you say 😂
Ps different strokes for different folks, you may enjoy party towns like Kavos, some others- like me!- can’t abide them

@@rayyoung7944 Finikounta is indeed ancient, this part in the video is not. It's a newly built suburb with ugly houses. Something else?
