She didn't win because of our public's votes.Actually people's favourite is that bad style of dance(popping).Just trust me when India's best dancer's were going In that time I was only voted for Swetha and Ratuja because I am also a classical dancer and I can understand that what is classical dance and who can do it.

So disappointed with India's Best Dancer that an artist was like you wasn't taken forward for the finals. With your technique, finesse and stage presence you have won million hearts Rutuja. You are a clear winner, with or without a trophy. I have no interest in watching acrobatics in the final episode since you won't be there.

There is no question who is better who not. Its the biased approch of dance show towards Indian classical dance style w/r/to western style. As far as comparing with Sadhwi IMO Rutuja is equally talented. Her expression stage presence performance is far better than any one else.
