Scrooged on Valentine's Day? You're a strange ranger, @markalan2829! Do you watch Halloween movies in July? Let us know--we're always on the lookout for good ideas that we can steal.
We like to think it's a classic, @alekholm8537. If you end up renting Scrooged, be sure to tell 'em Bankrupt Barry sent you! My parole officer says the judge might be more lenient this time 'round if I can document some public service.
😂 sure sure...I will find my fanny pack and take a hike to -99, I'll also ask if the have Matrix....jerkin off to Buffy The Vampire Slayer no more, its time to see Trinity in latex mmmmmmmmm
Alway nice to see someone balance criticize with humor - 10\10 review for the review. My family watches Scrooged every year since I was little and while I find the dark humor a little TOO dark sometimes, i feel like the movie itself does a better job of convincing you to consider and cherish others around you than the main character does. Which, in some way, is a better Scrooge-archetype than most. Yeah, three ghosts can scare the crap out of you and shake you up but only consistently improved behavior can really change the world. I hope Frank Cross goes on to be an ethical boss (before the 90s\00s happens and he's replaced by an even worse creep, somehow.) and appreciate the fact that he's VERY lucky to have a good brother and a good partner in his life. And, yanno, benefits for the employees so that his secretary can take her kid to therapy or whatever - is that Christmas enough?
Martha, your review is arguably more comprehensive and thoughtful than ours, which angers us considerably! As soon as our head writer gets out of rehab we're going to give him the ol' Eliot Loudermilk treatment. Anyway, a great many viewers and critics also find the dark humor of Scrooged to be a little TOO dark, and that's a valid criticism. We'd be curious to hear if you have a favorite Christmas movie!

I assume this is a version of "A Christmas Carol" I like the muppets version. Ebenezer starts out as greedy self-centered jerk but he goes through a real change and becomes the definition of what a compassionate man should be. The Muppets Christmas Carol does a good job of making us hate Scrooge but also sympathize with him
Clicked your video to tell you it was a bad clickbaity title. Scrooged is not controversial, Your opening was too long and crass. If this was just a review of Scrooged I would have watched.
Thank God for your comment. We'll make those edits just as soon as we can find the right buttons. The lady who normally writes our titles broke her hip while trying to break into the local Hobby Lobby, so we apologize for the momentary lapse in our normally high standards.
I think this is you being witty. You obviously handle criticism well. Your video and title is like a 2010 video. Old tactics for views. Sorry if I hurt your feelings bud. You still had 300 other people who did watch your thing. Proud of you champ.@@BankruptBarry
Funny movie. I usually find myself watching it once a year around Valentine's Day. I'm a procrastinator.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time and nobody talks enough about. Thank you for talking about it!
We're glad to hear you have good taste, @VSpoodle! It's a classic.
I loved this movie when I was a kid. Have to see it again this christmas

Always enjoyed this movie 🎄
Yes! It's not really Christmas until Carol Kane slams Bill Murray with a toaster!
My favorite XMas movie, ever.
Ours, too. Stay classy, @will_sketch!
Good stuff! Algorithmic engagement comment go!

When I first watched this as a teen I did not like it but over the years I started to like it.
That’s true! This one grows on you.
Yo these are great lol.
Thank you, @luckypennybenny. That sounded convincing enough. We'll mail your check as soon as we're able to!

The Muppets version rocks, for sure. They've actually done two of them. One with Michael Caine and then also a more recent one with Joan Cusack.
