- Food and wine 2021 is getting started with a bang here! I think I already found my favorite item this year, tried some of my favorites, go to see a majority of the new booths. GOOD thing is we have until November until food and wine is over, plenty of time to explore many many more foods. Food and wine merchandise we also got a little look at that. Excited to see what you all think!

Vietnam is the same climate pretty much and pho is eaten at all times of the day.

Pho is always hot Vietnamese beef noodle soup. I’m surprised they didn’t serve the cold noodle with grilled chicken, pork, or beef.
You should go on Space after eating all that. See what happens.

I won't lie, when I heard pig ear salad, I immediately was thinking eww no, because what it brought to mind were the treats I give my dogs. 🤣 It looked really good though.

Glad you did a review this quickly. We arrived at 10:30 and to be honest disappointed that rope drop was kind of out of control. Crowded within seconds. Thank goodness you suggested some food items. We held out being distracted by the idea of spicy food on a super hot day. That Impossible Chili was a disappointment. We noticed that one member of staff after another apologizing by repeating it as opening day growing pains ( aka: not trained yet ) Bought our AP merch and left quickly. Guess we'll head back for round two on Friday. October 1st can't come soon enough.

Not sure how long it is available. I saw on another platform that the Morrocan restaurant which is currently closed in Epcot is open so you can bring in food. Maybe a way for you and your subscribers to escape the heat next time.

Basically you can eat more foods cause you sweat it all out. Can’t wait to see what you try next def I need to try the wings, going to go back for the steak at Canada, and roasted lamb chop with pistachio from Australia. I’m going to try the pig ear salad need to see if they can modify to do without the cheese can’t have the dairy.
