I am grateful this showed up this morning.
I am one of those individuals you and Keith prayed for. I became a Christian in 1985. Met my good friend who was a YWAMer in Hong Kong and Thailand - he discipled me then in 1992 I did my DTS in Hong Kong. After my DTS I was asked to joined FEET ministries and we traveled extensively thru Thailand, Myanmar, and India sharing the Gospel thru drama. Thanks for praying for us to come and work the fields - I am grateful for my experiences as a YWAMer. I am grateful for my YWAM friend who discipled me at the very beginning of my Christian journey.

I also was a YWAMer and went to School of Primary Health Care in Hawaii in 1988. I loved seeing Loren and hearing this story of how Keith, Melody, Loren and Darleen prayed for us! Thank You JESUS!

I just listened to the song the prodigal son I had not herd it for 35 years I cried like a baby and have recommitted my life to the lord since being lost for the longest time thanks for Keith thank you lord 🙏

Cool story bro. The prodigal son story is the character of God. The father gazing down the path to his home waiting for his son who he loves to return home. God is kind and filled with tender mercies. He’s far easier on us than we are with ourselves. Crosby, Stills, Nash, and I think Neil Young have a song about wasting time along the way. Put it behind you. Today is the day of salvation. Celebrate life in love and liberty

Keith Green knew his Abba Father intimately; and his songs/music were the expression of that relationship.

The Great Commission is so much more important than church buildings. Thanks for this wonderfully encouraging video!

I love Keith's music and his message. I became a Christian a month after his fatal accident. I wish I coukd have met him. His music is still relevant and more powerful than ever. Asleep in the light.
The church is Asleep in the light. Time us running out.

Amazing. It's time for the 100,000 to be multiplied to become 1,000,000 or even 10,000,000!

Good one Loren! I read Keith's book years ago and thought wow he's got Jesus heart. I remember how he wrote about hiding under his piano on stage because his big audience seemed to be honoring him not Jesus, a humble deferring of the glory to the one who owns it, and I remember reading your book as an excited new Christian in England, same heart as Keith's dear brother, thank you. Thanks for the interview that we did at the launch of YWAM North Cascades, USA, where you mentioned precious Demos Shakarian, see you up there! Thank you, Jesus Almighty, for taking Keith when you did. As hard a Godly Leonard Ravenhill could pray, it still would have been a huge embarrassment for Keith to see what became of his school almost the day after the plane crash. It broke me to see it with my own eyes in 92. And guys like this old man should do all he can to repent. If he even can.

Some think that Keith pressured the uncertified pilot to fly the plane that killed Keith and others. Last Days had another pilot that was certified on that plane but apparently was available. A shame what this plane crash caused.

Keith Green was from God, his 1st 5 years in Christ was "white hot". David Wilkerson and other powerhouses reached out to him to assist and give inspiration.....you could tell, they amongst others got frustrated.....Keith could be mercurial(we all can be), he could be legalistic and fierce..impatient and repentant

What a judgemental comment. What do you know about what the Lord did through his life, music and ministry? You're judging his wife and based on it judging others too... So sad.

Interesting take on the subject and subject matter. You know he was Human After All and so was David Wilkerson and I know a bit about the way David Wilkerson did things and he wasn't perfect either. He came to go fest once or twice and really made a scene which was absolutely incorrect. Sad that he died in a car crash. At one time there were all manner of Ministries in that general area. It was like a major hub for Ministries and even Christian artists.
Echoes of the past now. But some are still around. I spent time at Twin Oaks Ranch and At Last Days long after keith was gone. And Melody she was majorly distraught. Never the same after that crash. Nor was the ministry. She ended up falling victim to a con artist. We met him when she announced the marriage. She couldn't see it because she loved him. Frail humans we are. Tools for God's use i always hope and pray.

Sat next to Keith for ten weeks at discipleship school. Best human I ever met. I stuffed a lot of envelopes with Last Days Ministries newsletters. The David Wilkerson fatal crash was in the same area: 28 miles south of Tyler Texas on highway 175. Those days are gone. Young people aren’t on fire for Jesus and evangelism. America is lost and spiraling down into an abyss it will never come out of.

Don't forget God always causes ALL things to work together for GOOD towards those who love Him. Even the way people die are used of Him to bring others to know Him. Don't be like tde "whole house of Israel" in Ezekiel 37:111 who SAID, "there is no hope for us, we are cut off"... the Lord restores and revives...
