Sweet Break and the Oilers three auto card is the big hit and boy those names really bring back memories being a Bruins fan. Remember when the lights went out in the Boston Garden?? There is a song about when the lights all went out in Massachusetts. Keep 'em Coming!!! #Dryden
Great to hear you fully recovered and at your 100 percent! Leaf fell in love with the Art of Hockey series you introduced on your channel. Prefer the Ultimate as the counts are lower 25 vs 45 and the fact that all cards come with a protector and are sealed vs Used that come in a few cards in the same protector. The storybook my only beef is that they are hard to display. #dryden
Come on dude. I'm not even going to answer computer 101 questions. Go into any computer app or platform's edit menu and learn the short cut command keys.
Hey Fulton, I don't know if you've done this yet, but any chance you could do a PC video, maybe with an explanation of why you collect select items?Just a thought, though I'd be interested.
I haven't because it's too overwhelming. In my vids, I often speak to what I collect. I did do three videos on my top sets, displaying some of the older sets from my collection. It's a series of three videos (which took a lot of work!) including pre-1960s, 60s/70s, and 80s/90s. I've also displayed certain binders from my collection, like BAP and BTP. But the major issue is my cards are strewn across four or five locations, including online via COMC. And accessing or pulling the cards is very difficult, as they are not particularly well organized. Whatever I would show would be just pieces of sets I may have in their entirety. I also give a lot of cards away, on a rolling basis. I can't just flip through my cards like other collectors who solely promote flagship UD rookies or superstars. Everything is packed away very tightly. What I could do, perhaps, is showcase certain elements of my collection. But it's really labor intensive, and prob would be missing cards that I have somewhere in my possession. Note too that i don't just collect one type of RC or set. The entire point of my channel is to promote cards with less value, or ppl having their own attachment to whatever they themselves value. I also don't like breaking or collecting expensive cards, as I personally don't believe cards are an investment. They are penny stocks and gaming to me. Any savings for investments should go into actual investments. Cards are purchased from an entertainment budget, contrary to what influencers might suggest.
Just curious. Why do you always try to find a downside? Leaf has never even owned the rights to Gretzky. The benefit of Leaf is that it showcases players ignored by UD. Like, UD has no All-Time Future Watch Auto of Ed Belfour, but Belfour autos are in almost every single Leaf product.
Gotta be honest man. I’d sell or burn any card from Vick. Regardless of skill I still feel he should have been banned for life. Otherwise love the pulls. #dryden
Paul, you are prob in the majority. I personally don't believe in scapegoating, and I believe in redemption. To me, context is helpful. He came from absolute squalor, with both parents in their teens. Then he rose to the highest heights, being drafted #1 overall, without the proper infrastructure. I'm not entirely surprised it took him 40 years to grow the hell up. Far better ppl do far worse in society. This said, he's definitely not on my list of cat-sitters.
I have no respect for Vick. I know he served his prison time and helps promote animal wellness now, but he never should have been reinstated to the league after what he did #dryden
I can't get enough of that Felix booklet dude! Absolutely spectacular!
Leaf doesn’t get enough love for giving people access to so many great names and a great price. #dryden
