It is amazing what is on our doorsteps. One of our favourite spots is less than 2 miles from home and yet we had never been there before we got the motorhome. Great video.

Hi Michael, did you take any other vids of the caravan site? This is on we are thinking of visiting on our way north. Thanks for posting this one good to see what’s about and dispel the myth of the Romans stopping at Hadrian’s Wall
David Addis Hi David. Thank you. I’ve been in & around the site many times, but never recorded anything inside. It’s a nice site as you’d expect from the C&MC. Some ppl note the presence of road noise on site. The motorway is very close & so is a main link road to Edinburgh. However, it’s not that noticeable in the quiet hours. I think there are TH-cam videos out there from folks who have stayed at the site.
Lezley I It is nice, Lezley. Can get very busy in Summer. But, luckily, summer only lasts for a day or two up here so we’re lucky in that sense 😂 My walk was a doddle on the flat compared to your recent outing. That was some steep climb up that winding road. Great views though. I’ll comment on your video in a bit & give it a 👍
