what it is not telling here is the super noisy airplane engine above your head, it is right under the flight route, you get planes flying over about 20+ times a day, in addtion, the building is right off the a very popular street for the boy racers, loud motor cycle engines at night just drive you creazy, it goes up to 1-2 am. i lived there for 3 weeks and never wanted to go back again.
All the seaview units are facing the sea, won't be affected by the vehicle noise, except those units facing to Queensbay mall
