Tbh, I see Allen, Lena, Lavi and Kanda as some sort of siblings with a really dynamic relationship and the Black Order a really big family. Shipping them (any of them) is like incest. Well, except for Miranda and Marie. Those two are made for each other.
This is replying to a really old comment here but ^^^ pretty much. They all need a family and Komui /did/ give them all a family- Science Division is their family. Komui is like the somewhat problematic big brother who tries to protect Exorcists to his best ability- he came there for his sister but now aftr he saw all the fucked up shit going on, he now cares about all the Exorcists. Reever is also like a big brother to all and really, he is the one who is keeping stuff together. Komui is a genius yes, but he is still a mad scientist who never really cared much about status or paperwork and only keeps his position due to the fact that if he gave up his seat, the past may repeat. The reason why Komui picked Reever as his left hand is because he is just as protective and actually have a heart too. Same goes to Johnny, Tapp, to all of Science Department. I love this convo from 208th Night for this reason- Reever: You are really planning to go find Allen! Do you know what it means if you do that? Think about it. What if Allen doesn't defeat The Fourteenth? You will be hunted by the Noah and the Order. You will have nowhere to run. And Allen himself might turn into a Noah and kill you. And it doesn't help that DGM one of my all time favorite animes and Kenshi Yonezu (the wonderful artist who made and sang this song) is my favorite Japanese artist since 2011. Thank you for destroying my heart by combining the two.

Everyone else ships Allen with Lavi or Kanda or Road or something but idk I just kind of want Allen to have a normal relationship without problems regarding it, and Lenalee seems like the perfect fit. I honestly love Lenalee the way she is right now in the manga; feisty and a lot prettier. I ship Allen and Lenalee.

Tbh, I see Allen, Lena, Lavi and Kanda as some sort of siblings with a really dynamic relationship and the Black Order a really big family. Shipping them (any of them) is like incest. Well, except for Miranda and Marie. Those two are made for each other.
This is replying to a really old comment here but ^^^ pretty much. They all need a family and Komui /did/ give them all a family- Science Division is their family. Komui is like the somewhat problematic big brother who tries to protect Exorcists to his best ability- he came there for his sister but now aftr he saw all the fucked up shit going on, he now cares about all the Exorcists. Reever is also like a big brother to all and really, he is the one who is keeping stuff together. Komui is a genius yes, but he is still a mad scientist who never really cared much about status or paperwork and only keeps his position due to the fact that if he gave up his seat, the past may repeat. The reason why Komui picked Reever as his left hand is because he is just as protective and actually have a heart too. Same goes to Johnny, Tapp, to all of Science Department. I love this convo from 208th Night for this reason-
Reever: You are really planning to go find Allen! Do you know what it means if you do that? Think about it. What if Allen doesn't defeat The Fourteenth? You will be hunted by the Noah and the Order. I can also quote Komui's talk from the Ark or how Allen says in the Ark that he wishes that they all make it home safely and say "We're home" to Komui, how Lenalee says the same thing after Road vs Lavi, how Science Division actually does greet them with huge "Welcome Home" banners and Komui says welcome home to them all, how first one to welcome Allen back to home was Reever and how happy he felt to hear that once again, everything Johnny does and says basically, also both Johnny and Bak defending Allen when people started to get suspicious of him because of Fourteenth, how even Lavi sees Order as a home now and fought to keep it safe despite not having a weapon during the Destruction of Order, how Allen apologized to Lenalee for not being able to protect their home and how Lenalee apologized back saying she was too late too and that now they would protect their home and defeat level 4, how Allen said that Order was still his true home even if he leaves and how he will always be an exorcist, how Komui wants any person sacrificed during Order's experiments to not be forgotten so he memorizes every single name for past hundred years lost to innocence experiments, how Tiedoll is just like a father to especially his pupils, how Allen refused to fight Lavi and tried to call him back by saying that Lenalee who thought them as her world was crying and hugged him, how Kanda returned back for Allen because this idiot threw away his freedom to give to Yu and Alma who were made as sacrifices for a war their last moments and pretty much sacrificed himself for them and was ready to take on any blame, how conflicted even Link feels about assisting Nea because he wants to protect Allen who became like a lil bro to him by now than someone he simply observed, how Lavi came to care about them all to the point of accepting his own death to protect his friends and not knowing just how real was his smiles around them, how Allen started to drop his mask of politeness which was a trauma reaction after Mana's death really, how Cross pulled Allen for a hug and taught him how to survive and always tries to push him to be more like old Red!Allen because he came to care for him like a son than simply a vessel and he even offered to stay for him if he was scared because returning back would be only painful for him, how Lenalee was ready to destroy herself to protect others in the ship and destroy the level 3, how Bak was angry and horrified when he learned about Third Exorcist project and had a protective streak towards exorcists just like Komui-Reever-Johnny-rest of HQ Science Department, how Marie is like a big brother to all too and how Miranda tries her best to be a big sisterly figure and help out others in her new home and how Lenalee loves bringing Science Division coffee because they work so hard for their sake after all and how head nurse actually cares about them a lot and feels like it is their pride to be able to take care of exorcists that could return back to home and... everything, every single thing...
They are a giant family and I really love and appreciate every single one of them and felt the need to spill this somewhere so sorry for this feels dump--
