I am about finished with my first composition notebook. I love it! I am not a summer girl. Which is weird since I was born in August and live in Michigan. You know, the Great Lakes State? I just don't do good in the heat. It makes me sick, and I swell up. I'm more of a Fall girl. The way Sherman was lying, my house calls that The Superman. Have a great weekend, Nicole!!

That face with the bejewelled net spooked me again. Yes I enjoy gluing in composition notebooks. And well, yesterday we went bowling and to Applebee's with another couple. Today not sure bc there's still a chance of rain but it's low and my phone says just cloudy. So might be an ok day for walking some trails and leaving a painted rock behind.

We're not doing anything special this weekend... Yesterday, (July 1rst) was Canada Day..... we watched some TV, and didn't do much. Today, Franklin (my husband) is working.
Yes, to glueing in composition notebooks!! Why wouldn’t you?!? I love how “crinkly”, noisy and textured the pages get the more you work in them. And I don’t mind the wrinkles or bubbles, because that helps the sound effects! I just did a Dollar Tree run this morning and was sitting here painting pages while I watched….then going to glue over the weekend - been doing all the harvesting earlier this week. Guess what? Have my color book, and then I have one for just "pick 5" collages...inspired by you 😊 OH! My dog is a German Shepherd mix. She lays with all 4 legs stretched out all the time. She takes up most of the floor in front of the TV 😂. Gotta love our fur babies

I haven't done a composition glue book, but I'm doing a sticker book that has everything my kids liked and grew up with. Like toys, movies, game systems and games, tv shows, cartoons etc. Great memories now that their adults but their still my babies know matter their age. ( I don't like the heat either, I'd rather be cool and comfortable)

I have several comp books going! I love them! Now that all my backgrounds, colors, fussy cuts, sizes, shapes, etc are all sorted I'm gonna be goin to town! Our A/C went out sometime yesterday on one of the hottest days of the season so far and it won't get looked at till Saturday. So we are doing our best to keep cool. We are watching all the new stuff that's come on streaming and I'm making ATCs, working in my neuro art books and Kendra's books. One thing that I would like you to do tomorrow if you haven't already is go to your mailbox and get the box I sent you! Otherwise, have a great day off and just enjoy being by yourself! Love you❤

I've found a few that aren't to expensive in our cheap store Poundland. They are stitched down the spine too. I made my colour gluebook with them. I have been mostly lurking. I bought composition book and added washi tape to begin with a color glue book. But, I screwed up the numbers so the colors aren't even. Oh well. I have most of one yellow page laid out but haven't had the nerve to actually glue something in. I love your sense of humor with the avocado and the ball cap. Love your pages today. Been watching you for a bit and getting started slowly. I was gifted a couple sketch books from dollar tree, so working in one of those right now. I will get a composition book soon. Only plans this weekend are hitting Goodwill and packing for my move in a week, and of course gluing to help my stress and anxiety. Have a super weekend ❤
Love your pages today and your videos are always so much fun. We don't get those composition notebooks in South Africa, ours are with staples and those will come apart. Just relaxing at home over the weekend. It is so cold here, the coldest winter I think we have ever had. Sun shining a little today but still cold.

We have tons of composition notebooks from my son's classes. I can't just throw away a mostly unused notebook. It hurts me to the core. I have collaged in them, more like master board style.. We recently made him a little book with one. He's drawing, writing, and even gluing in it. So fun!

Hey, Nicole! I try glueing a whole page but it dries before I can get the paper down! What am I doing wrong? I love watching your videos because it helps me think totally "out of the box." You use images I've never thought of using for anything, and I see words and phrases with totally different "eyes"! Thanks for sharing.
I hate the heat too! Bothers the Fibro and I can't be in the sun w/ Lupus! Therefore, not crazy about Summer. I believe I started watching you very soon after you started your channel. I remember you obsessing over glue lumps. Also you told me to use a baby washcloth, I still do. I use a Comp. Notebk. for my "Color" G.B. I found one with little dots of all different colors on the cover! Was in my stash. Perfect for that one😊 After you wrap Bob's presents, why don't you go to a Craft Store then come home and read!😊😀😁. The wild fires in Canada are causing deadly problems here in Mi. w/ our air quality. Earlier in the wk. we had 3 straight days of Detroit having the worst air quality in the WORLD! It was so creepy! Looked like yellow fog and smelled. Also stung my eyes. Had to go to dr. appt. or otherwise would have stayed in. I am on the 10th floor (highest) and even the neighborhood across st., less than 1/4 mi. was partially hidden. Very hot too. Well, have a great wknd! Oh, loved the ice cream pg. AND the hat on the lady, perfect! Thanks for sharing! Great visit tonight🤗😊
