Thank you for making this video. I’ve just booked this as a surprise Christmas present to my partner. I haven’t been on holiday in 23 years! So bit nervous about what to expect. Watching this is really helpful for me to know what to expect and just get excited!
Hope you have a better time than i did. Just got back on thursday last week 5th December 2025. The accommodation was terible, did not enjoy, air conditionig was not working correctly and made lots of noise. No kettle in room, no tea coffe, milk etc. In room. Staff in restaurant were disrespectful and demeaning, always unhappy and within the restaurants ysed at the hotel food was cold and not plentyful. A shortage of plates, cups and teapots coffe and tea were rubbish. Had to ask for additional plates and got atitude from staff members.. Completely disgisting, l Highly recommend no one books this hotel... Not fit for purpose.
A really well balanced video. We’ve been coming here for 15 years. The place is definitely in need of a refurb; tatty carpets and some rickety chairs here and there. But the commitment and kindness of the staff, the quality of the food and service in the restaurant makes up for all that. Love this place. Flying there next week. 😀
We've just booked again for December this will be our 10th stay. Yes it's a bit dated in places but it's cleaned to a great standard. We've never had a problem with the food quality or temperature. There's a microwave if you want to use it too. Free courtesy bus to town and around 4 euros in a taxi if you want to go town at night. Looking forward to December it's really beautifully decorated.
We've just come back from there would not recommend this to anyone food was cold and under cooked some staff where not always friendly or helpful and the worst part we saw people cueing at 8am in the morning waiting there for 1.5 hrs to get a sunlounger one lady was hurt another guy fell children pushed out of the way

Also the spa is free to use once daily if you're all inclusive otherwise it's around 25 euros per person

Coming here in 3 weeks im all-inclusive is bottle water including or do you buy your own and if so where from please
Bottled water not included so bring an empty bottle to refill in the restaurants or bar areas
Staying here at the moment, but I’m not statisfied to be onest.
The Hotel is really outdated and the food I’m not to positive About it.
I can understand what you mean, the rooms definitely are dated and it could do with some modernisation. How long are you there for?
