Just one thing: the poles have their own name for Kaliningrad/Königsberg which is Krolewiec. In the cases were the city ends up in their hands I doubt they would keep a prussian or a soviet name (Kaliningrad comes from Mikhail Kalinin, one of the founders of the Soviet Union).
A small independent European Russia would be so interesting, it would probably grow in population a lot, since it would be the first destinations for Russians from the mainland to escape the regime.

Russia won the war over Ukraine, and many in Western countries began to seriously fear the further expansion of the Russian Federation into the countries of the former USSR. The new government has set a course for leaving the EU and NATO and simultaneously joining the Union State (there is now the Russian Federation and Belarus), the Customs Union and the CSTO, which allows residents of the Russian Federation to freely travel to the Kaliningrad region and back by land. The fears of the West were confirmed, and Putin, with the support of Lukashenko, actually decided to invade Lithuania in order to establish control over the land roads and railways between the Kaliningrad region and Belarus. The cities of Kaunas and Vilnius (large railway junctions) come under the control of the united troops; subsequently, these territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are divided among themselves. Kaliningrad almost DID join the Lithuanian SSR when Khrushchov offered it to Sniečkus, he however refused this offer for it would add a considerable Russian minority to Lithuania. Had Kaliningrad became Karaliaučius we would see the same in Lithuania.

I can't tell if your timeline is supposed to be an alternative history or what really happened. In case it's the latter, here a few corrections: Prussia was de jure dissolved in 1947, as it was one of the constituent states of the second (and third) empire, as well as the Weimar Republic as a free state. The King of Prussia was at the same time the German Emperor from 1871 until 1918. Prussia itself (East and West Prussia) was never part of the HRE. Only after the Hohenzollerns inherited Brandenburg, did "Prussia" have territory within the HRE, as at that point the family extended the name of their eastern realms to the entire territory. And the HRE ended in 1806. I'd personally support a Lithuanian NE Prussia. My great-grandparents are from the Gumbinnen and Pillkallen areas.

The new government has set a course for leaving the EU and NATO and simultaneously joining the Union State (there is now the Russian Federation and Belarus), the Customs Union and the CSTO, which allows residents of the Russian Federation to freely travel to the Kaliningrad region and back by land.
Option 2. The fears of the West were confirmed, and Putin, with the support of Lukashenko, actually decided to invade Lithuania in order to establish control over the land roads and railways between the Kaliningrad region and Belarus. The cities of Kaunas and Vilnius (large railway junctions) come under the control of the united troops; subsequently, these territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are divided among themselves. The option of transferring all annexed territories to Belarus is also possible (there may be an argument in the direction of close historical ties between Belarus and Lithuania).
Option 3. The same as in Option 2, but the Russian Federation annexes southern Lithuania itself, and Belarus’ participation comes down to providing its territory for the movement of Russian troops.
Options 4-5. The same as in options 2 and 3, but the entire territory of Lithuania comes under the control of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation (or under the control of only the Russian Federation).
Option 6. The same as in options 2 and 3, but here, instead of including the territory of Lithuania into the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus, a puppet pro-Russian government is established on the annexed territory. It turns out that Lithuania is divided into pro-Western North and pro-Russian South (as is the case with Korea).
Option 7. It differs from option 6 in that the entire territory of Lithuania appears here, and not its southern part. Lithuania remains a single state, but with a pro-Russian government (as in option 1).
Options 8-11. The same as in options 1-3 and 6, but with respect to Poland (in my opinion, the annexation of all of Poland is impossible and inappropriate - we are actually talking about a land corridor from Belarus to the Kaliningrad region). Here it can be argued that, for example, the now Polish city of Bialystok was part of the Russian Empire (1807-1915) and part of Belarus (1939-1941, 1944).
Of course, for any options to be implemented, a Russian victory over Ukraine and a Russian victory over Lithuania or Poland are necessary. In case of defeat at any stage, the scenarios described in the video may well occur.
And once again - I am not calling for anything with this writing, everything that I have written here is fantasies on the topic of the video and nothing more.

В целом Калининград ОЧЕНЬ спорная территория, которая граничит со всеми странами ЕС и даже часть территории почти-почти касается согласно истории шведам, правда шведы приходили скорее как захватчики, когда воевали с Речью Посполитой.
Тем не менее Калининград та еще особая территория и ранее называлась (если не ошибаюсь, поправьте) Кеннисберг.
Лично я топлю такие варианты:
1. Калининград остается независимой и отделяется от России (может быть даже переименует на Кеннисберг), улучшается его экономика как в случае с Бельгией и Нидерландов. И как вариант может стать неплохой богатой территорией за счет морской торговли между Прибалтикой, Скандинавией, центральной и западной Европой. Ведь там ближе к Калининграде чаще идут морские транспорты.
2. Разделена на части по таким странам как Польше и Латвии (хотя соседям-прибалтам возможно не понравится)
3. Как Кеннисберг становится частью Германии. И это факт, достаточно почитать про Священную Римскую Империю (спорно), Пруссия и Германская Империя.

Kaliningrad almost DID join the Lithuanian SSR when Khrushchov offered it to Sniečkus, he however refused this offer for it would add a considerable Russian minority to Lithuania. Lithuania's Russian minority is so much smaller compared to Latvia and Estonia (who frequently restrict their political rights in order to hinder their influence in local politics). Had Kaliningrad became Karaliaučius we would see the same in Lithuania.

I can't tell if your timeline is supposed to be an alternative history or what really happened. In case it's the latter, here a few corrections: Prussia was de jure dissolved in 1947, as it was one of the constituent states of the second (and third) empire, as well as the Weimar Republic as a free state. The King of Prussia was at the same time the German Emperor from 1871 until 1918. Prussia itself (East and West Prussia) was never part of the HRE. Only after the Hohenzollerns inherited Brandenburg, did "Prussia" have territory within the HRE, as at that point the family extended the name of their eastern realms to the entire territory. And the HRE ended in 1806. I'd personally support a Lithuanian NE Prussia. My great-grandparents are from the Gumbinnen and Pillkallen areas.
