    I’ll have to try this with a leg of venison. How do you store the corned beef or how long can you keep it for once you’ve cooked it.

      If I'm not going to cook it within a 3 or 4 days of coming out of the brine I'll just freeze it. As for once it has been cooked it'll keep for roughly the same, 3 - 4 days in the fridge.

    Would this work to preserve other meats like lamb and goat? What about pork?

      Yes, I use the same for mutton, pork, goat and have even done venison with it

    LOL love your videos but the most disgusting thing you can do to meat is tomato Silverside out of it.
