As a diabetic and having to go through the struggles of the mindset from pricking my finger, I don't feel mad at Roni for being scared. I was horrified of needles at first, but now it's easier. Proud of you Roni!!

Cow's milk allergy/dairy allergy is very different from lactose intolerance.
Yah, for me I'm intolerant to a particular protein in general milk not lactose
I'm allergic to milk but I'm not lactose intolerant. I mainly describe the difference as my throat gets itchy and will close up if I have too much dairy but I won't get stomach upset or vomit-y.
