ok, so once you've cut the intestines out you put the meat in vinegar water to clean it up, all the slime etc. you can also scrub it down with a scouring pad. once cleaned take a mallet and tenderise the meat and cut it into cubes or you can mince the meat and fry it in some garlic butter. what I also did was mince abalone and sea snale together and what an awesome rich taste to be savoured! sorry I didn't watch more than a few minutes of your stream.
