The eldery mother knows whatever is happening and shows her opinions by her cute actions like making funny sounds while drinking, etc. From what I understand, the elderly mother already said the 3 daughters will not get any share from the houses. She wants all her children to give her money for her daily expenses because she knows all of them are doing well and also to be fair to all. I'm sure it's just probably a token sum, chump change. She's very well taken care of by her youngest son, whom she's staying with. This fiasco started because the eldery mother told her youngest son that all her life, she has never own any properties so the filial son said he'll give her the 1 bedroom apartment so that finally she has a property under her name. This is just to make her happy. Just a simple wish from an eldery mum and easily fulfilled by a filial son. The trouble was that he thought of the things his eldest sister did for the entire family especially when they were all very young and so decided that after their mother's passing, (she's already in her 80s but she's still very alert and healthy) this 1 bedroom apartment would be given to the eldest sister. So the eldest sister and husband wanted the youngest brother to give them an official document but the youngest brother said there were conditions- they must be filial to their mum and the property would only be theirs after their mum's passing. There must have been some misunderstanding and the youngest son said the sister and husband didn't visit their mum anymore, especially during the lunar new year so he said he's not going to give them the property anymore. That angered the sister and husband and they sued him though lawyer 陈旭 said it couldn't be done because it's a gift and it hasn't happen yet so the youngest brother has a right not to give them the property anymore. Sigh. Greed has no boundaries 😔

我真不明白 国内父母为什么这么还离世就分财产？儿女整天都挂着父母财产，应该去律师写份遗嘱爱给谁就给谁。谁照顾自己多就给他们！现在社会没有什么儿子或女儿之分了。都以孝为准！
