The message is pretty clear. Even in a disfunctional place, the love will proceed. At the end of the day, this brothers love each other, no matter how hard the days may become.

The part where the little brother trashes the big ones room, big bro gets pissed and lectures him, but then still make him food and lets off a little grin. This made me cry, me and my older been through alot of shit similar but he always cared for me at the end of the day, and now we both grew so much apart and this video made me remember how much i love and miss him no matter the bullshit that happened throughout childhood. What a strong and very real lesson on how life can be for many families, just remember that you are family and you are the only ones who will be there for one another, this applies to people not blood related too its OUR FAMILY.

It’s definitely up there for me. Only discovered it earlier this year and it was my number 1 most played song for my 2023 Spotify wrapped. Despite how much I’ve listened, I still love it just as much as the first time I heard it. Everything about this song is perfect. The hook is beautiful. The production is incredibly tight. The sax solo on top of those snare drums are fucking spine tingling. Then when it culminates and the main hook comes back at the end… man.

Then add this incredible song overtop a powerful tale of poor choices and unconditional love. Shit had me thinking about my own family's struggles and my childhood growing up, always fighting with my brother but ultimately finding time to connect each and every day. When you wake up to your fave band dropping a song when you're having suicidal ideations lately🌼🌼🌼
No lyrics; nothing but visuals and music. Still made me feel when I am feeling numb atm.

I had suicidal thoughts, took a lot of drugs once, now I got a progressive super-rare illness that is making my life quite difficult. Only after I realized how blissful is it to be able to go out in nature, just sit, look at the skies, listen to birds, have good and bad interactions with other people... It's all so beautiful. I really wish you to get the same feeling before something bad happens. Ask God for help if needed.

@@tallasianchick if i was a religious person id go halfway and say: embrace the pain and the bliss , they are all one > embrace Life and all of existence, every feeling
.. i mean as a partial conversion tactic ... that's as close as you could probably get to the concept of "God"..
*im not saying the guy is trying to convert you .. just saying it would be a good strategy i think
i mean because being 'numb' sucks
and like how life is a 'choice' , in that the 'choosing' of it is what makes it worth it..
i don't know if that makes sense , but if you follow me (?) - that is something like a 'purpose' i think..
anyhow , all the best and all that ...

@@LfunkeyA Bruh, comparedn to what they been putting out the last six or seven years, their first album in sept 2011 was ROUGH. I actually bought a few tracks back then mainly for the MF DOOM tracks and had no idea it was band; the cover only had BBNG. I thought it was compilation tape. Lfunk, if the average person listened to the 2011, and then their latest album, no way they'd think they were the same band. Yo, those dudes have grown.

As someone who has a younger brother, I've assumed the position as his role model when I was extremely young. We were raised with both parents, but there were many times where we had to parent ourselves. I didn't have any older siblings, but I feel blessed that I was able to be the role model that he needed and still needs til this day. This film perfectly details the ups and downs with assuming this role, while also showing the incomparable love with someone that you basically raised yourself. Man, oh man. I loved this song already. This film makes me love it even more.
