I Heard- for South Indians it’s faster process within 3-4months. Should I apply before marriage or after marriage?
Hi, I would recommend that you ask him prepare invitation letter and Verpflichtungserklärung and give it to you before, other documents can be sent via email easily. As for the checklist I will upload a short on my channel very soon. As for the application, you can continuously check via the portal before the wedding and plan as per your own convenience

Hi Sonal, I didn’t opt for DD as a payment method. You can use credit or debit cards and cash for payments.

Hi, do you mean to say that the visa stamped on your spouse’s passport received is missing the „Familienachzug“ ? If that is the case, then contact your responsible Ausländerbehörde and clarify with them how to resolve the issue

Choose Application Centre: New Delhi - Embassy of Germany
Select Appointment Category: Family Reunion
Choose Sub-category: Spouse, Child, or Parent of a German Citizen.
Despite completing all the necessary fields, A message pops up in the portal which says: "We are sorry but no appointment slots are currently available. New slots open at regular intervals, please try again later." I have been attempting to secure an appointment through the VFS Global website platform but have not been successful in proceeding further.

@@safdarnaveedamini4535 Hi, thank you for your patience. Your approach is completely correct, for a while now family reunion visa are being processed at Embassy only and not at VFS anymore. Therefore the time to get a slot has increased

Hi a student can invite their spouse, the student in Germany would need to sustain a certain amount in their blocked account (check the amount in Germany visa official website) and once the spouse has arrived in Germany they are allowed to work
