Thanks for the video. We just changed our July reservation of 8 nights to Secrets Moxche from Secrets Playa Mujeres and are so excited about visiting this newer resort. The beach gets a bit of bad reviews yet, looked ok in your video. Pools look amazing. Loved the video.
Thanks for sharing your experiences! My wife are deciding between this Secrets Moxche and Zilara Cap Cana for a big birthday. We’re mainly focused on the pool vibe, food & drink quality, and entertainment. Which would you recommend?
Great video! Looks like a beautiful place 😊 apart from musical performances what other entertainment do they have during they day? Are there any activities on offer? Thanks
Hi Denise, yes, the vast majority of resorts built today can accommodate anyone with mobility issues. Selecting the right room location is key to make sure your central to most of everything. Hope this helps! Thanks for visiting our channel!!
So glad I found our chanel!! I love your content!! Btw if you have to choose btw Secrets Moxche and Atelier which one would you choose to stay for 5 days for couple? I’ve been looking for your video on comparing the 2 of the resorts!
Hi Alexandre, that is a TOUGH decision. Both amazing places, it would come down to personal preferences. Atelier has a better beach, Moxche has better pools, other than that, both are very very close. Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out to us and we can help you decide, PenyakTravel.com/contact
Hi! I know this video is 8 months old, so I do hope that you see this comment. Wondering with the preferred level if it has a full bar included in the room (like Sandals club level).
Honestly, it was small for the size of the resort. We are regular gym goers and this was one of the few points of improvement we saw in the resort. That said, for a vacation, it was fine. Could be a tad bigger with more equipment though. Wouldn’t let it change my plans though
Thanks for the video! How did you like this resort compared to Atelier? We loved Atelier and trying to find something comparable in the similar price range.
Hi! Thanks for tuning in! It depends on the room category selected and time of year, generally it’s probably around 15% +\- more than the standard room (all things equal, comparing a club ocean view to a regular ocean view).
Thanks for tuning in to our channel!! It does help, you do not have to get up too early but if you want a good spot stopping by on the way to breakfast would help. There are SO many pools though there was typically a spot at each pool throughout the day.
Hi Beezer! It would depend on what's most important to you. All the resorts mentioned are fantastic, with Impressions Isla being the newest (we're trying to get there later this year for a VLOG). Impressions does not have much of a beach, if that's important to you look at Le Blanc or Moxche. Le Blanc has a much smaller feel. Le Blanc and Moxche have elite food quality (Impressions Isla should as well). We'd be happy to help you decide based on your personal travel style, feel free to work with us on it, we do many honeymoons each year PenyakTravel.com/contact thanks for subscribing to our channel!
Hi!! Thanks for tuning in to our channel! Unfortunately you cannot upgrade a standard room with preferred package perks. If all the preferred rooms are booked I would call the resort and see if you can get on a possible waitlist or see if one came available at the time you check in. Hope this helps!!
Nice review😊 Just found your channel and currently binge watching other videos. Looking for your take on Hotel Xcaret Arte - will you be checking that one out this year?
This resort is absolutely stunning! We will definitely be staying here! Is the golf simulator included or is it a fee to use? Love the videos! Will you be checking any Hyatt zilaras out?
Hi Hattie! Thanks for tuning into our channel! The golf simulator is only open for a few hours in the evening but it is included. We LOVED our time at this resort! We have stayed at the Zilara in Punta Cana and have not been to the ones in Cancun yet. From what we know the Punta Cana one is the best one. If you would like to work with us we would love to book it for you. PenyakTravel.com/contact
@@PenyakTravel I’m actually deciding between secrets impressions playa del Carmen and Zilara/Ziva cap cana! Which would you choose now that you’ve been to both? It’ll be 2 adults
@@michaelchung8545i have stayed at both and i would choose hyatt zilara/ziva in punta cana, we were very disappointed at the beach at moxche, and the overall experience from how we were treated. I know it is a fairly new resort but I don’t think it compares.
lookin g to book something for our anniversary this coming July but not really in to the gourmet type of food so was wondering how the buffets are at this resort ?
Hi! They have a breakfast buffet open for breakfast and lunch, you can always opt for those for those two meals, TONS of options and very nice ambience in the buffet area. You probably saw on the video they even had live music during the breakfast buffet. Feel free to reach out to us for a quote for you ☺️ PenyakTravel.com/contact
Without considering time of year to travel some of the best food we've had would be Le Blanc (Cancun or Cabo, but Cabo's beach is large but mostly not swimmable), Secrets Moxche, Atelier Playa Mujeres, Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana, Sandals Grenada just to name a few.
Consider Secrets Akumal-you can snorkel with turtles right from the resort beach. I’ve been twice in the past two years and the food and service was excellent both times! Highly recommend-and I’m picky.
How's the beach? Another video said it was terrible, but it didn't look bad in this video. Our trip will be early January and a good beach is important. Also, any idea about Gluten Free food options? One family member has celiac.
Hi Nancie! Thanks for tuning in! The beach was fine, it’s not the biggest beach we’ve seen at the resort but I would describe it as adequate. That area of Cancun isn’t known for their beaches. But what it lacks in beach it more than makes up for in pools and is still and elite all-inclusive resort! Highly recommend this place!
Hi! Thanks for tuning into our channel! Yes, we stayed here 3 nights and went back to Atelier Playa Mujeres for 3 nights to see the updates they did to that resort.
I need a recommendation for a resort Xcaret Mexico style. If I want burgers, steaks, or Asian food I can grab it anywhere in the US. Xcaret Mexico is great for their Mexican cuisine but I have to pay $$$.
Very close! We will do a podcast comparing the two. To high level it, Moxche had sliiiightly better pools (it's close), Atelier has a much better beach. They are very comparable though!
1- do you have access to Impression Moxche when staying at Secrets Moxche? 2- do they share the same restaurants? 3- is the preferred club worth it? what perks did you have compared to normal guests?
I can answer. No, Impressions members and guests staying at impressions have access to both Impressions and Secrets, but if you're staying at Secrets you won't have access to Impressions. Preferred club is worth it. :)
Beautiful place but are tips not included in your higher pricing at this resort? Is this not an all inclusive? Some of the perks is not having to carry money or things around at all inclusives. Or is this just an American conditioning.
Hi! This resort does price a tad on the higher end, though it is worth it. If you're looking for a lower price point, check out Atelier Playa Mujeres (we have a VLOG on that resort too). Hope this helps and thanks for stopping by our channel!
Which resort did you like/enjoy better? Secrets Moxche or Atelier Playa Mujeres? Awesome channel
Would also love to know this!

Moxche is a nice upgrade from Playa Mujeres, we’ve been to both. Moxche > Playa
Cant wait to be there in May 🤸🏾♂️ thanks 4 the „impressions“ 🥲
Glad you enjoyed the video and enjoy your trip!
I enjoyed this video. Great way to be introduced to new destinations. Thanks G and J Penyak
Thank you so much for tuning into our channel! We really appreciate it! 😊🏝️🥂✈️😊
How is the beach? I’ve watched two videos of this resort and neither have shown the beach.
Hey! how much is recommended to tip each time? we are staying for 10 nights in April and want to bring cash with us. thanks :)
Enjoyed the video. Going to Moxche next week. I've read reviews that say the pools are cold even though they say they are heated. What did you think?
Thanks for sharing your experiences! My wife are deciding between this Secrets Moxche and Zilara Cap Cana for a big birthday. We’re mainly focused on the pool vibe, food & drink quality, and entertainment. Which would you recommend?
I’ve been to both, the pool vibe is better here and so is the food
Can’t go wrong with either, Moxche has better entertainment in our opinion. Both very elite resorts!
Great video! Looks like a beautiful place 😊 apart from musical performances what other entertainment do they have during they day? Are there any activities on offer? Thanks
Just booked for Feb 3-10-2024, Preferred Club. Thanks for the great tour. Cant wait.
Have fun!!! 🏝️✈️🥂🍹 Thanks for tuning in!

What services did you have to pay for outside of the all-inclusive fee while there? Thanks!
Watching this enroute to Secrets Moche! We have the preferred club ocean view as well. This was sooo helpful
We're heading here in March. What was the beach like?
Thanks for the video! How did you like this resort compared to Atelier? We loved Atelier and trying to find something comparable in the similar price range.
This hotel food vs Hyatt Zilara cap canal Punta, Cana which one is better?
Thank you sir
Very very close, I would call it a tie honestly. BUT Hyatt Zilara has the best breakfast buffet we've ever seen outside of Las Vegas! Amazing!
Is it worth bringing snorkel gear or nothing to see off the beach? thanks!
It’s not the best snorkeling off the beach, if you want to do that I’d book an excursion over to Cozumel. Hope this helps!!
Hello. Great video, and very helpful. We are going to this hotel soon. Just wondering what is the price for the preferred club option?
Hi! Thanks for tuning in! It depends on the room category selected and time of year, generally it’s probably around 15% +\- more than the standard room (all things equal, comparing a club ocean view to a regular ocean view).
Moxeche vs impressions ? Worth upgrade to impressions ?
We only stayed on the Moxche side. Impressions looks very nice and other guests had great things to say about it!
Great video! Going here in may, do you recommend getting up early to reserve a spot at the pool? When did it start to get busy?

How are the beaches there? I haven't seen many people swimming
The beach is adequate, it’s much more of a pool resort, some of the best pools in the game!
Would you take this one for a honeymoon over Leblanc? 5 days? Or do you know anything about impressions isla? Thank you!

How was the beach set up???
Not bad! Just a tad smaller of a beach, the pools though, amazing!

Was there an extra charge for the wine at the wine bar? Or it's part of the All Inclusive?
The wine lounge is an extra charge BUT definitely worth it, really enjoyed the selection they had in there!
Nice review😊

Do you know which restaurants require formal attire? Trying to figure out how to pack and pass along any information to our group of 30+.
We are wanting to book and get some prices for this winter . How could we get in touch and discuss pricing?

As for dietary restrictions, your servers always ask when you check in at the restaurants and can accommodate any specific diet needs.
