Spinach पालक - 200 gm
Ginger अदरक - 1 tsp
Wheat flour गेहूं का आटा - 200 gm
Oil तेल - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Ajwain अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp
Step - 2
Boiled potato उबले आलू - 5
Red chilly powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly हरी मिर्च - 2
Some coriander leaves कुछ हरी धनिया पत्ती
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Coriander powder धनिया पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala चाट मसाला - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder जीरा पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly flakes सुखी लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp
Step - 3
Besan बेसन - 100 gm
Wheat flour गेहूं का आटा - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Turmeric powder हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Some coriander leaves कुछ हरी धनिया पत्ती
Chopped onion कटे हुए प्याज- 1
