Still the best collaboration 10 years later!
I feel so bad for Anth because it seems like back then everyone hated him but I only found Conor and Anth fairly recently so I love Anth but most of these comments are like "the rapper was trash" and stuff like that when he's actually really good and it's also kind of disrespectful considering that's one of Conor's good friends

In love with this song... The girl's voice is just... perfect!
I've said it before, I actually like this better than the original but I'd never have heard the original were it not for this version... however, first time I "laid eyes on" Rihanna, I knew she would be a huge success... and then I heard her music and I said OMG she's going to be bigger than Beyonce... and then some other "hot new number" showed up --> the rest is history, or should I say herstory? hahaha
OMG i was obsessed with this cover in 2010! come back on 2017 and its still as good as i remember. anyway i love anth's rapping, idk why people hates him.

+Samah Al Hajeri I don't think so. Her voice is way too soft for a song like this. The instrumental kind of drowns her voice. I had to slightly strain just to hear her voice clearly. They should have either done this cover acapella, acoustic, or with a soft piano.

+Alexandria Diaz I agree. They seem like a cheap knockoff. The girl's voice was too soft for how upbeat and loud the instrumentals are. Rihanna has her beat on the volume of her voice and the Caribbean accent that's perfect for the upbeat tempo of the song. The dude's voice is like the average rapper, and Drake's voice stands out because it's so mello and calm.

It's a shame , Conor , you are very talented singer, but a lot of the people that you've chosen to feature in your music videos ..aren't always. You know that if it was just for you , i would have always favored your videos . But some of the "artists" that you do collaborations with either never or rarely seem to make the cut , Not all of them . I will admit that there a some pretty good ones . But what can I say , your voice always outperform/outdo of all of their's.
