At 11:42 correct answer is: Someone might try to pass you on your right.
I went over that one like okay I gotta remind myself during the test how its the opposite of what actually makes sense
If you swing wide to the left before you take a right turn someone may try to past you on the right, not on the left.
@@PinchasEidelman-to1ut , it's common sense but the Filipina is just reading the Qs & As.
She's not comprehending any of it
I think what they're implying is, before you make a right turn, or even swing wide to left, you've already been signaling that you're about to make that right turn. Most drivers may not know that your vehicle off tracks considerably, and therefore requires you to make wide turns. The ignorant driver will end up passing you on the left, and this increases their chances of getting hit once you initiate the wide turn by partially "swinging" into the left lane.

I'm still learning but I think it would be a bad idea if someone engaged the parking brake at 65 MPH,
NEVER USE THE HAND BRAKE/PARKING BRAKE MAN!! It’s only used for parking for a reason so the truck doesn’t go downhill or start rolling on its own
26:20 If the load is between 5 feet and 10 feet, no matter the weight, then use at least two tie-downs. And lastly, if the load is longer than 10 feet, use at least two tie-downs plus one additional tie-down for every additional 10 feet or part thereof.

In Oregon - The question how far should you look ahead while driving - According to DMV Oregon Driver Manual, the answer is 12-15 seconds. Page2-8 section 2.4 Seeing.
All questions and answers are the same in every state per Federal regulations and guidelines.
@@BW-kv9wj According to NJ CDL Manual the right answer is 12-15 seconds, I think you should correct this.
Also you need to correct: What might happen if you turn wide to the left before turn to the right? you said someone might try to pass on your left but the manual stated what already is logic "a following driver might think you are turning to the left and try to pass you on the right.
EXPLANATION: Whenever you are about to pass a vehicle, pedestrian, or bicyclist, assume they don't see you, or that they could suddenly move in front of you. When it is legal, tap the horn lightly or, at night, flash your lights from low to high beam and back. Drive carefully enough to avoid a crash even if they don't see or hear you
When you are passing another vehicle pedestrian or bicycle you should assume that "they may move into your traffic lane" is the right answer...

To test your parking brake you set the parking brake and then move forward slowly and gently to make sure the parking brake works.
I caught that MASSIVE ERROR in the answer given! Lord have mercy to anyone that decides testing the parking brake at highway speeds is the correct answer!!!! @DrivingTV you need to fix that question/answer!!

Hello please can you do an English video on how to change lanes or merge onto a bumper to bumper traffic, showing how to use the mirror to avoid sideswipe collision on the car behind or beside you, both right side and left side?

I just came from NJ MVC after failed my 1st attempt of General Knowledge test from 50 Questions I passed 32 and this is what I learn. Please do not go to take the CDL Permit exam without read Official CDL Manual, do not waste your time thinking that just bc you watch these videos you will pass the test(I spent 18 hours watching these videos, I’ve watched 7 times each one)
I learned my lesson and surely I'll return and I will pass but you have to read the manual, these videos got a lot of mistakes, do not contain all the questions that MVC will through at you. The only security rely in that you read the manual and then take the test.
Na I passed first try with these videos . Skimmed thru the manual . Watched these videos 1-2 times , take the CDL prep app exams 3-4 times . Pass the test easy.

The question "What does axel weight mean?" appears twice. For the first occurrence, the correct answer is stated to be: "The weight transmitted to the tires from the axle". In the second occurrence, the correct answer is stated as: "The weight transmitted to the ground by one axle or one set of axles". I would say that the correct one is: "The weight transmitted to the tires from the axle".
In the handbook it says “ the weight transmitted to the ground by 1 axle or one set of axles. “

how can you test the parking break? is 1 of maybe 4-5 questions that this video gives wrong answers. correct answer should be set parking break and slowly in a low gear move gently forward ..NOT "set parking brake at highway speed" haha unless you play Grand Theft Auto
And I need to know who pass the test in NY
The correct answer to "When you are passing another vehicle, pedestrian, or bicyclist, you should assume that they are" is "may move into your traffic lane" and not "will move out of your lane of traffic". In other words, you should assume that they are NOT aware of you and that they could move into your path as you're passing them by.

"How Can You Test The Parking Brake?" Obviously, not by "set the parking brake at highway speeds" as the video says. The California Department of Motor Vehicles says you do this by "Test Parking Brake - Fasten your seatbelt.
