I love that they ask permission, and let you know when they are going to move to the next step. They don't ever seem rushed, and are always concerned with the comfort and condition of their customers.
One large difference in massage between eastern and western cultures seems to be the medical aspect; while the same treatment will feel amazing regardless I believe there is a lot to be gained from knowing WHY your body is relaxing and responding the way it is. I adore these videos not only because they are soo relaxing but, because of how knowledgeable the estheticians are about their passion ☺️
Same for me! usually ASMR videos relax me for about 15-20 minutes and then for some reason I get annoyed by the repetition of the noises or they start waking me up when I’m falling asleep. LOVE ASMR’s videos though! I can’t stay awake after five or 10 minutes unless I make myself stay awake because I’m so interested in the health tips and the massage styles. I am putting these videos on every night for about six months or a year phone asleep within 10 minutes of the video and then the video keeps playing while I sleep 😴 😅
These Japanese esthetians are not only good at massages but also they know all the details about why you should massage a specific area and what are the benefits. They do know what they are doing.
Took me three tries to watch this as I was already tired the first two times and it made me fall asleep right away. Third time watching barely made it through w/out falling asleep and funny part was my dog did fall asleep during it…she ended up on her back & very relaxed. 🐶😁. Love watching your videos. I've been dealing with sinus pressure from allergies. Copying the massage techniques shown on here really helps lessen the discomfort.
