This is fantastic! I bought a Jitters blank from you several years ago. It was the first resin mask that I ever painted and it has served me well at the haunted house I work at as well as a few cons I’ve attended.
I would love to see the mold making process. It’s the part that intimidates the hell out of me.
    Keep up the great work!!

Could you please share how you create a Matrix Mold for your full-head masks?

Great technique. Thank you for sharing. I've never seen the use of coffee stirrers like that. I will definitely be doing that in the future.

Would also love to see you method for making the silicone and how you get it perfectly split in half. I watch one vid of this guy who just poured it into 1 big block then cut the thing roughly in half the best he could and that was what he cast in

What an incredibly helpful video dude! I’m actually looking at remoulding my masks as a two part mould and I’ve been trying to work out how to vent it effectively. Problem solved now!!
If you’re planning more videos, how you make your moulds would be really interesting!

Maybe let’s do some casts this week when I bring the m4 over. I’m sure there’s stuff we can teach each other. I admire your cleanliness.

Hello, I saw the making of the mold, it's all clear but I don't understand one thing, how can I make the Dell cast inside a mask if I make the cast from a sculpture?

Any reason you don’t slush cast this mask? Do you slush cast any of your helmets?

I do slush cast some of my masks. I had a lot of people ask how I inject them and that is what this video is more geared towards.

    Neat! What's your failure rate?

    • @burgerstrings4056

Maybe 1 out of every 20 I think? And that's only because I didn't burp the piece properly and there's a big air bubble in it.
