At an auction I bought a bag of vintage costume jewelry and they obviously didn't really go through it because I found a $7,000 pearl and diamond necklace from the 50's in there and I only paid $60 for all of it! So I really hope that you thoroughly went through everything carefully because u never know it could look like junk and be worth alot.

Antique sewing machines can go for hundreds, and antique purses can go for thousands. You also might want to look into that signed basketball and cereal boxes. That cereal box looked like it was graded, if that's the case it could be worth a lot more money. Anything that's been graded is worth a lot more than ungraded. Don't forget, you can sell those empty apple and cell phone boxes for a few bucks.

Sarah the first rule of storage buying is go for thing (not boxes)visible but also gambling but normally if you see one with boxes all around is almost ensure that those are just boxes those are thing the same people of the storage place do to entice a sale
