i accidentally went over an LJ scrim... here's what happened

sorry for late upload, working on a lot of things for the channel + been busy :)

Don't really know why I haven't picked up on it sooner but you talk a lot about keeping options available. The fastest players on the field are those who can cover multiple variations at once. When your zooming all over the field your cutting off your options because, 1. We are humans even at the pro level we can only react so fast, and 2, the amount of space we cover in front of us narrows down the faster we go.
Also the pacing concept couldnt be more true. Its like 3 people are aiming to read a book at the same pace but if you speed up or even slow down it messes everything up. The most common instance of this is my ranks is on defense when we are fighting for our life barely able to get more than 30 boost, there is a sense of urgency to push the ball out as fast as possible but unless ur still in control of the ball after that, all that is really doing is allowing the opponents to regain possesion and form another wombo combo on ur team.
