Everyone interested in cooking bitter gourd must try a new way of eliminating bitterness out of it without using salt .... Cut ur karela the way u like and soak it in ice chilled water for 10 min. Drain and pop in freezer. Then add 4 TBS of yogurt at any stage while cooking. Ur karela will be as sweet as onions. Thanks
