Hi guy today me make Coil Winding Machine.
The PCB i take from paja-trb.cz/konstrukce/pocitad...
He wanted to monitor the actual number of trips (uphill) separately up and down. So it canot use for make the winding machine. I use PCB and edit the code, after that it can use for count widing machine.
The code below has 2 version. One orginal for actual number of trips (uphill) separately up and down. One i has edit for count winding machine.

i made the same with magnet reedswitch from door sensor alarm and a cheap calculator for count , to much cheap ,easy and fast , in other hand ,im happy to see someone like me , greetings!
Hello, in young years I repaired several small transformators, usually the primar coil for 220 V was burned out. I winded the coil by hand and made the windings like you in the video, not one winding beside to next but the layers were crossing, as in your vid. This trafos never worked, they ever got hot, also with nothing connected at secondary coil. If this should work good, the windings may not cross, they need to be linear. Lucky if one has a working machine for this. Very difficult work for those who has to make it by hands, it needs much patience. With very thin cables below 0.1 mm its not useful to try by hands.

Yaar apne aap stop honi chahiye moter jaise humne 20 turn set kiya to ek baar motor chlaake apne aap stop honi chahiye 20 turn aate hi stop phir doosri vobin lgaayi motor chlaaayi 20 turn se 40 per stop honi chahiye aise hi 40 - 60-80-100 ............ mtlab ekbaar set karke 20 ka table chalta rhe motor on karni har vobin per magar har baar ruke apne aap aisa counter bnaao

This is terrible, it’s not even and can’t be unless you are a robot. It won’t work as well and will draw more power than necessary due to lower electromagnetic induction
It could work if cable is not to thin (not below 0.1-0.2 mm) and winding is done very slowly. Need MUCH patience and some precision in hands. If a transformator coil is winded so uneven as in video, it may get hot.
