I don’t know if you already have a video like this planned but I think a video explaining some of the basics of Beyblades and Beyblade construction would be cool, especially for those who might not be familiar with Beyblade. Because while I have fond memories of both the anime and the toy line I never got into the complexities of it and found my enjoyment of it through your videos.
Totally agree, I’d even love to see all collection laid out in groups, what are all the attack tips and why they act as attack types?
Completely agree. Bey Basics? So could go with a video entirely on attack/forge ring, another on spin tracks, and another on tips. Then go into what makes a good/great defence, balance, stamina, and attack type; and have them verse a really standard Beyblade (like an incredibly average balance so it shows how the study Beyblade is great).

Here's a crazy one. First separate the plastic part from the phantom orion blade and pace it on top of the metal part. Then hold the blade in place with the diablo nemisis tip. Along with the fang leon energy ring and bolt it give's it the insane name of Fang Phantom Nemesis.

I've got a combo that doesn't make much sense until you actually use it. Duo Uranus(Stamina Mode) Boost Disk-145 Hole Flat. The combo is meant to just keep attacking the opposing beyblade a lot, while not losing much stamina. It's essentially just a Defense type pretending to be an Attack type.
For a combo, this one’s a bit experimental, but here goes:
- Facebolt: Whichever
- Energy Ring: Aquario/Gill (Aquario for the weight, Gill for the (likely non-existent, but still) ability to hit taller wheels)
- Fusion Wheel: Fusion (metal up, rubber down)
- Spintrack: ED 145
- Tip: CS/RDF
The idea is a more defense/stamina combo, where the rubber part of Fusion and the ED spintrack take hits from lower height attack types, and the metal is meant to hope to hit the metal of taller combos. Always loved the Fusion wheel for this theoretical reason.

So anyway here is my attempt at a Limited Format Combo you should try: *Burn Tempo F230 ES*
The idea with this combo is that by having both the spin track and the performance tip free spin, this beyblade should have excellent stamina and (hopefully) decent LAD.
I've got a really weird combo for you that plays off the gear circle flat. Diablo Nemesis (free spin mode) GB145 GCF. Some random parts I threw together that did a good enough job against my friends that I sometimes pull it out as a weird combo.
You Diablo in free spin mode with any part other X:D is considered an illegal combo
I love my burn libra FS, really fun to adapt to either flower for stamina or stall for defense
I've been trying out Burn Kerbecs 230 SD. I wouldn't call myself a brilliant competitive mind, but this setup has had good results for me.

Duo Fox GB145CS
Going for a defense combo here capable of holding it's own on stamina, hoping the duo fusion wheel along with the gravity ball make the beyblade stable and heavy enought to stay in the stadium, the ruber on coated sharp should also help it with that.
First combo I've thought of, twisted tempo fusion wheel with the ed145 spin track and Ed performance tip

I recently found your channel and it brings back a lot of childhood memories. One of my favorite combos as a child that I made was Earth Wolf SW145D. It was always fun to use and did not do too bad. If we were to use the 4D system, I would say to go with Blitz Wolf SW145D. I never got to try the 4D system so it would be a first for me as well
Not sure if it's good but I love the combo anyways. Fusion hades 85 metal flat with the rubber side of the fusion wheel on top. Great videos by the way! Glad to see the 4d beyblades still getting love.

Thanks for choosing my combo in pt. 10, but for this I wanted to do a rematch battle only out of curiosity.
It's between Gravity Destroyer with Switch 145, a MF, and RubberFlat against Bakushin Leone with: 90, RB; not SA165 because SW145(with the 3 triangular wings) is what I thought of originally. But if repeats aren't in order then I'm good with that, since it's best to see new combos. I don't know if you have other things planned, so I'm fine if this isn't used
So idk if this combo fits the era of beyblade you focus on, but my combo idea would be Variares R145fs. The idea was that because the Variares wheel has a lot of symmetrical protrusions and can spin either way, it can either go for some nasty smash attacks if it’s spinning the same way, or it can sort of spin steal off of the other bey’s spin from the wheel’s unique shape and the R145 spin track. I wasn’t sure on which tip to use until I saw your poison serpent evolution vid and I think all of the above ideas should make this a fairly solid balance type in theory.
An old combo from when I was a lot younger, but it seemed to have practically infinite stamina compared to everything else it went up against. Earth Libra ED145WD
For defense/counter attack, I use Bakushin Susanoo with a WD performance tip. The low profile and wide performance tip keeps the fusion wheel from bottoming out while still giving it that aggressive angled attack for uppercuts. The Bakushin wheel guides the opponent to the energy ring for the real damage. I flip any beyblade that can’t stand above the energy ring, but I switch spin tracks for countering different heights.

Hell HadesH145CS
The Hades energy ring is mostly for flavor, but it's decently balanced.
The Hell fusion wheel has good stamina, but more importantly great smash attack.
Horn 145 has good attack potential and is well weighted.
Coating Spike allows it to be good for stamina or attack, but favors attack, which I don't mind since attack types are my favorite. :D
Charmander was confused, but he got the spirit at the beginning of the second combo match...
Idk why but I found Variares default to be top tier in just about every aspect. I'm not sure if it was just because of the beyblades my friends used or how I used it, but it was amazing even without the little modification I made later. If you're curious, I basically found a way to lock those yellow triangles into either attack or defense mode. Also, you should try using Variares to spin steal like Meteo L-Drago. It actually works!

You might want to look into getting a double launcher for stamina battles.
fr i used to have one and it was so good and much easier since at the time i also didn’t have any string launchers and they were all rip cords lol

I got the ultimate modular Beyblade for Metal Fight Limited, this Beyblade's gimmick is that every single part has two options and thus gives it an option against any matchup:
MF-H Gravity Perseus CH120CS
Gravity: Left/Right spin
Perseus: Counter/Defense mode
CH120: 120/145 height
CS: Defensive when straight shot, aggresive when slide shot
While Gravity Perseus is said to be a defense type bey, CS and the characteristics of Perseus lets it go aggresive against stamina and defense type beys, while also letting it choose to stay defensive vs attack type beys.
Meanwhile, CH120 lets it pick 120 to fight low Beyblades, or 145 to fight tall Beyblades
I'd like this combo to have a battle with you.
It's a very good stamina-defensive combo to use.
Metal Face-Bolt Twisted Virgo TH170SWD
The twisted fusion wheel will provide some really good defense and the spin track and performance tip provides both stamina and defense in a really good level.

Man, the meta changed a lot since I last played (Pre-Zero G parts). Back then tornado stalling wasn't invented as a strategy yet, and practically only three wheels were competitive. Flash for attack, Death and Duo for defense, and Duo for stamina. Tracks like F230 and E230 didn't exist so attack types ran CH120 or TH170 to counter either Duo/Death BD145 or higher 230 variants.
It's interesting to see the meta had evolved so much even with old parts.
This is a high recoil heavy combo. I mostly use it just to see what kind of shenanigans I can pull off in the stadium:

Don’t really know the name of any specific pieces but I’ll try anyway:
Meteo L’drago fusion wheel (absorption mode) with a freespinning spin track and either a metal sharp/coat sharp or some rubber tip. That or Orion’s spintrack/tip
The idea behind it is a high defense/stamina type beyblade that uses rubber to dampen blows, while it can continue to spin without blows really slowing it. Mainly said the meteo fusion wheel cause I don’t know any other that uses rubber
My combo will be Rock Bull 100 FB, a short Balance type with a good blend of defense and attack due to the recoil of the Rock fusion wheel and the horns in the energy ring could potentially unleash upper attacks to destabilize the opposing bey, the challenge is to not use spin tracks taller than 145 and no left spin beys like L-drago and Destroyer for example
The green disc combo was so clever i like it :D
For a non-illegal combo though, I would probably use Twisted Tempo with the Horns145 spin track and coat sharp
my personal favourite combos, they are both extremely aggressive attack types:
(MF) Blitz Nemesis T125DS (assault attack mode)
(MF) Blitz Nemesis S130MS (assault attack mode)
(for a bit of extra difficulty, try beating them with a stamina type)

Here's a combo that I almost can do myself
Twisted Aquarius 95 eternal wide defense or rubber sharp
I doubt this beyblade is your usual competitive beyblade, and to be fair, it's more out of curiosity: *Jade Capricorn/H145/Q* . I'd like to believe it would make it more dive heavy, using the jade ring, Dark bull spin track was just added because it look funny, but you could probably use the original capricorn spin track, or, based on the wiki, 85? I believe you also made a Jump tip, which might be better?
A more conventional set (at least, in my opinion) using jade and H145 would be *Jade Aquario/H145/Flat Ball* (although you can choose whatever tip fit better of for an attack type, i'm not well-versed in the beyblade meta)
I used to battle metal fusion on a flat garden table on a battle royale where we'd push our bays into one another with the ripcords. I used a nightmare rex for a long time but only had a some wins when I changed it to a 90 with a plastic attack tip. Never won against twisted tempo though.
An illegal combo I'd love to see is that same combo but making it leftspin by removing the little bit on the attack ring that makes the left launcher not fit with a dremel.
A Beyblade I want to see is Flash Aquario 90 CS Attack Mode so the theory is that the rubber on its side will keep it in and give it more friction but it will have more stamina than a rubber flat tip. Also for a challenge you can't use a spin stealer because that I feel it's the only hard counter to this.
Here's my combo. I'm trying to experiment here. Rock Stricker CH120MF
Use it both like an attack type as well as a torando staller. I think that this combo should be a nice tornado staller and the rock fusion wheels nice recoil and counter capabilities will also go nice with it.
My personal combo is (spiral Capricorn with a right rubber flat) it has really good attack and pretty good stamina
So I haven’t actually gotten to try this yet but I’ve been theory crafting it in my head for a while.

Energy ring: Horuseus
Fusion Wheel: Vulcan
Spin track: 100
Performance tip: RDF
The idea is to have a bey that acts as a defense type but has enough power to provide powerful upper counter attacks with the high recoil Vulcan fusion wheel. I have no idea how it would actually work yet and I’d love to see it tested so that I could get some advice on how to build the idea I’m envisioning.
I actually have 3 beys to choose from, all three I worked on making through trial and error:
1: death sagittario armor defense 145 defense spike
2: wing tempo 145 wide defense
3: gravity destroyer left wing 105 hole flat (works best when left spun)
In a tournament with 61 other combos these three came out as the top three, in the case that one gets picked I hope it will be capable of beating whatever combo make.
Heres a Beyblade combo I use in my playthrough of the Beyblade Metal Masters DS Game:
Vulcan Susanow H145XF (You can change XF to R2F if you want and if you dont have another H145 you can exchange it for GB)

Here's a cool idea.
First, flip the Upper Fusion Wheel of Diablo Nemesis upside down, then in them place Salamnder Ifrit. If it doesn't fit, then either the Earth or Twisted fusion wheel (whichever you think it's better), then add the rest of the Diablo Nemesis parts. You can add a Metal Face if you think It will work better.
A couple of days ago I tried out this killer attack type combo
Facebolt: Metal Face Bolt
Ring: Scorpio or Pegasus
Wheel: Flash (Attack Mode)
Track: 90
Tip: RF
I nicknamed this bey Berserker Stinger coz it was that crazy. It's main goal is to be aggresive and get a Stadium Out or a Sleep Out
Here’s my combo:
Scythe Sagittario (Stamina Mode) BD145EWD. It’s a stamina type that uses the BD145 spin track and Scythe fusion wheel to create two layers to help with stamina and the EWD performance should help with the stamina as well.
I know nothing about the names of different types of part but beyblade as my childhood made me want to see more

face: Metal Face 2 (both metal)
energy ring: Kronos

Due to Duo ring's low positioned design, the Kronos energy ring's thin upper attack points had great effects. Also, the height of S130 was perfect against both high and low beys.
+ DS is just my personal preference.

The rubber should absorb most hits as well as steam spin. The metal face bolt combined with gravity ball should make up for the bad weight, while gear circle flat should give it good life after death. Combined with a soft launch, it shouldnt easily get knocked out.
I would like to use MFH Gravity Destroyer (both modes) CH125 RDF. An attack/defense hybrid with lots of recoil, traction, LAD, versatility, and weight. The only thing it doesn't have is stamina, and to beat it by sleepout, you would have to put a great emphasis on stamina, even for an s/d hybrid type.

the idea behind it is that due to the weights of Twisted and the MFB it makes for some real strong hits attempting to throw out the other bey throw through shear force despite the pure def nature of it

Made this one as a kid with the purpose of countering my cousin's stock Meteo L-Drago by
letting the R145 spin steal L-Drago back.
This is my competitive combo:
Phantom Poseidon 145 wd, but i am using a fake fang Leone's energy ring with, i think, also fake plastic phantom core which has made my bey and left spinning. Stamina type with decent attack and defence.
If u predict the opponents launching style u are able to win the most games.

i actually have a combo idea, Blitz Unicorn, Eternal Defense 145 and Metal Spike, put the Blitz fusion wheel on barrage mode, and its really good balance type
If you use the flat rubber tip of storm Pegasus in cosmic one it can serve as attack/defence type

I also liked Meteo LDrago (purple rubber, with the the rough piece under the dragon heads) 125 FS not sure why seamed to have decent stamina.
Sadly never got hold of any of tips like RSF and RS which probably would have helped with Wolf's wall defence.
Recently got back into beyblade due to watching yr videos and after experimenting with my own personal mf beyblade collection attempting to make a build that can always knock out phantom orion i was quite surprised by this combo and how potent it is
Variares BD145HF/S (Hole Flat mode)
Taking into account the scrapes of boost disk, the option of either metal flat or HF/S came into mind cause of how tall it would make the bey. I chose HF/S cause it is a tip that isn commonly seen and i wanted to also maintain variares' mode change gimmick

Ive never used it but i know for a fact itl be a good contender. It is MFB Duo Aquario W120(wing) CS(coat sharp). Theoretically it should be stuck to the stadium and not budge a bit.

This thing was a TANK. It could out-spin TWO BEYBLADES AT THE SAME TIME. Not to mention that it was also a MASSIVE heavyweight.

I'm inexperienced with Beyblades, but I'm interested in seeing this combo in a battle. I don't have the resources to do it myself so instead of waiting until I can I'm going to put it in as a suggestion. It might be decent for balance, but I'm not entirely certain, could be better for attack or stamina.
I made custom beyblade for my friend Twisted Byxis 100S and it was really good in our hood :D
Here's my combo. L-drago Destructor AD145EWD. Should be a nice spin stealer and the EWD should provide some nice life after death and the AR145 with give it some nice bulk and weight. I'm using the L-drago Destructor instead of meteo L-drago because it's quite underrated i believe.
I haven't done anything with beyblades for 5 years so I forgot a lot of stuff but I think I remember my own favourite Beyblade combo.

3 this might not work since I did it with midfakes but you gotta get the upper wheel of the big bang fusion wheel and put the storm wheel on top of it in the place of the pc frame.

Wing (pound mode) zurafa gravity ball 145 metal flat
The idea being similar to gravity ball rubber flat but the metal flat gives it more stamina and control and wing can be a decent attacker and tornado staller with metal flat towards the end, but granted its more easy to knock out
Ok been a while don't know the part names that well but meteor L Drago fusion wheel with metal face bolt and flame sagetario's spin track and tip just kind of stamina slash master student type combo.
Ok been watching for a little while now great content don't know any combos or anything tho but my combo is actually the layer from the first beyblade shown and that Roman numeral energy ring metal face bolt and the spin track I think it's called is the one you used against flash Uranus and that revolve looking driver if you know what I mean it's actually the one used on the last bey
I'll drop my personal combo here, but Meteo L-Drago CH120EWD metal facebolt. It's a pretty nifty spin steal combo, the only issue is that it's fairly light.
Here's my idea:
Blitz L-Drago GB145 MF in Assault mode. The recoil on this one should be absolutely insane with the Blitz wheel spinning counterclockwise.
