Part of Rare Book School’s Mellon Fellows for Diversity, Inclusion & Cultural Heritage's online series titled "Money Matters in Rare Books and Special Collections" aimed at BIPOC library and archives workers and students. This workshop on salary negotiation was led by Monica Figueroa, Director of Organizational Development and Library Human Resources at UNC-Chapel Hill University Libraries.
