Yes, it's not, the elevator that killed 5 people was in the Ayuterra resort, which is located in Ubud, because the elevator rope broke, so the elevator fell down.
Hopefully this lift was serviced regularly. The one at Ayuterra was probably not serviced. Cables don't just snap and there were no emergency brakes. Clearly negligence. I'd love to know when that lift was last serviced before it plunged down and killed 5 of their staff. So tragic.

I live in north bali , which is one of the vitcim is from my city as well , i feel really sorry for the victim who were died by the accident
