I like your note about the unapologetic wholesomeness of her videos and performance. Granted, to each their own, but there is something about not trying to conform to a cookie cutter media view (often inappropriate IMO and too often somewhat exploitative) of what a 'young pop star sensation need to be.' I'm encouraged to see this unique-self-as-perfectly-excellent in some other new talents, like, say, Angelina Jordan. It allows space for them to be who THEY are, and to grow in the pace they choose to and in the direction that fits their personality and belief and path, and to not confuse the magnitude of their talent (immense!) with what they might be 'expected' to portray or 'market.' Watching her perform this live on You Are Super was quite a treat as it was just as powerful/clean as the studio version .. if not even better. Stage actor, vocal artist, or musicals. She has it all and I'm a big fan of her talent and personality. She just released a live version of this song returning as a guest performer on the show You Are Super. I was impressed with her skill and tone quality in the live format.

often reactors will mention reacting to a studio recorded video as how it can be different from a live performance. Watching her perform this live on You Are Super was quite a treat as it was just as powerful/clean as the studio version .. if not even better. In fact I would like to see Christi react to the live version and compare the two. That would be interesting and informative I think as she changed the notes and emphasis during the song. I have seen Floor Jansen do the same thing with the song never sounding the same twice
