How to Fix a Slow and Freezing Computer with Windows 11

In this video I will show you how to diagnose and fix Laptops and Computers that are slow when booting and opening programs. This is an HP ProBook 470 G5, i7 8th Gen, regardless of its processor and 12GBs of RAM it still takes a lot of time to turn on the desktop.
I checked the laptop using Hard Disk Sentinel software and discovered the hard drive health and performance had reduced to 40%. I installed a new had drive and the laptop performance greatly improved.
