I think him and the girl nearby work in that area? But I also thought it was one of the 5 other guys there with Natalie and all of them just leave that poor lady to drown D:
that is two crimes, 1) Reckless endangerment - for persuading someone to engage in a dangerous activity with foreknowledge that she was unable to swim, and 2) Abandonment - for leaving the scene without offering assistance or ensuring the persons safety

@@frankU752 if the woman was mentally ill its not likely she could press charges. mentally ill individuals like this might not even have the capacity to understand that she was acting maliciously. the state would have to be the one to bring the case, and if you look into Natalie's background... @braydensaurman5104 this is absolutely illegal. This is reckless endangerment or potentially even criminal negligence, she convinces the vulnerable potential plaintiff, after she voiced her concerns that she could drown, that she was going to go in with her, that she is SCUBA certified and promises to keep her safe. Having directly caused her to jump in and then refusing to actually provide the assistance that she offered to she flees the scene. This is definitely illegal, she took a duty of care over this person by promising to help, her actions were proximate to the woman jumping in, and she was made aware this woman wasn't confident swimming, meaning there was a very reasonable risk that she could die. Her taking a duty of care over this person was the direct cause in her putting herself in this dangerous situation ergo she is directly responsible for her.

can someone explain to me how a woman who can't swim would learn to dive? to me this smells of a staged prank for attention, and (if so) whaddya know it worked. as an athletic kid to young teenager, it took me hours of practice to dive. i'd imagine it would be THAT much harder for a (no offense) very overweight middle aged woman to learn. and to do so without being able to swim?? i just don't see how it'd be possible. to practice diving you almost inherently have to do it in a place where you can't stand, due to the likelihood of hitting your head cause you're untrained and can easily dive too deep. (and yes her dive was a bit sloppy, but she still clearly knew how to do it, clearly had some practice at it.) so if she can't swim she'd have to be rescued every single time she practiced diving. and honestly who is going to do that? who is actually going to say "yeah sure big woman, i'll drag you out of the water a dozen times for you to pointlessly learn how to dive." like no, if they cared about her that much to repeatedly drag her from the water, they'd much more likely say "sure i'll teach you to dive but first i need to teach you how to swim. doggy paddle at least." logically it just makes ZERO sense that she'd have somehow learned to dive without learning to swim At All. why would someone who can't swim even WANT to learn to dive?? i just don't see it. given that it's a prank streamer, i'm MUCH more inclined to believe the whole thing is staged for attention.

I swam in high school, I wouldnt say I was good. But I am better then the average person I guess, that being said I got drunk playing truth or dare at night at our local lake with some friends. For some reason I thought I could swim this shit, I got about maybe close to like halfway, this lake wasnt like massive like a great lake but i got about there before I felt my lungs just effectively give out, I started losing control of my breathing, and my arms could hardly push me through bc of how exhausted I was, Thankfully I didnt panic like most people would, so after catching my breath and regaining control I slowly but surely swam back. Any average person that type of swim would definetly kill them, people dont realize how actually tiring and hard swimming in deep water is for more then like two minutes.

She won’t because woman
can someone explain to me how a woman who can't swim would learn to dive? to me this smells of a staged prank for attention, and (if so) whaddya know it worked.
as an athletic kid to young teenager, it took me hours of practice to dive. i'd imagine it would be THAT much harder for a (no offense) very overweight middle aged woman to learn. and to do so without being able to swim?? i just don't see how it'd be possible. to practice diving you almost inherently have to do it in a place where you can't stand, due to the likelihood of hitting your head cause you're untrained and can easily dive too deep. (and yes her dive was a bit sloppy, but she still clearly knew how to do it, clearly had some practice at it.)
so if she can't swim she'd have to be rescued every single time she practiced diving. and honestly who is going to do that? who is actually going to say "yeah sure big woman, i'll drag you out of the water a dozen times for you to pointlessly learn how to dive." like no, if they cared about her that much to repeatedly drag her from the water, they'd much more likely say "sure i'll teach you to dive but first i need to teach you how to swim. doggy paddle at least."
logically it just makes ZERO sense that she'd have somehow learned to dive without learning to swim At All. why would someone who can't swim even WANT to learn to dive?? i just don't see it. given that it's a prank streamer, i'm MUCH more inclined to believe the whole thing is staged for attention.
It was affected just now?
