If you hold Y while your backpack is open, it will automatically sort your items so that you don't have to drag everything around to reorganize. I only just recently learned this myself and it is a simple, but huge help.

That was really cool, the poison from the dart frog meat was foreshadowing what was going to happen, im curious on how illusions cause damage, but its not entirely impossible for one to go ito such a state of adrenaline and fleeing that they get cut from falling and foliage.
