No doubt it was but now it seems that sales team is trying to make close deal and achieve their target by hook or crook. No empathy for buyers. Just take money and then let customers chase them and make customers feel like they are helpless and give other options in which customers may not even be interested.

So many and too much hidden charges in bhutani projects. Once you fall in their trap, you feel cheated.

bhutani fraud hai bhutani mai mera token amount 3 mahine se fsa hua hai abhi tk refund nhi aaya,
or phle channel partners nai kha tha ki easy refund hai agar aapko badme nhi lena ho to,
2 din mai refund ho jayenge ab 3 mahine ho chuke hai,
or bhutani waale kh rha hai ki refund nhi hota,
case krunga bhutani tere upper.

Do Not invest in Bhutani Group. In this Account & Sales manager both are irresponsible. They did not reply in any manner (On Call or Email). According to them Customer is fool & they have extra money to fund in Bhutani Group. I personally message Ashish Bhutani, Rishi Gupta or Sales & Account manager. All are dumb in all manners

Not sure whether Ashish Bhutani has any idea how his sales team is doing fraud and trapping genuine buyers by giving false promises and then forcing to get settled in another scheme. Definitely it's going to damage the Bhutani group's reputation. They should listen to Customers' grievances otherwise very soon, they may not remain customers favourite one of the builders.
