Hi Kabita, I cooked this dish just now. It turned out very tasty. Only I used one table spoon of oil each time. Total three table spoons of oil and I used little water whenever required. I didn't use ghee as already oil was used. All because too much fat is unhealthy and can lead to a sudden heart attack in the long run. Yes for taste I added some dry prawns. Can use three teaspoons of ghee instead. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

The taste was very good. Thanks for sharing! Next time I'll cut the cauliflower and potatoes in smaller pieces, though. I'll also add less water. It was so easy to follow the recipe because of the overlays with the ingredients. I loved that!

Color depends on which brand chilli you use if you looking for color in your food than go for Kashmiri chilli
Put Asian colour exactly 1 teaspoon
